The last 4 purchases have not tracked and have had to make a claim against each one, other merchants used track within minutes so it is not the way that I do it

Still waiting 6 months later. Lodged a claim which remains waiting for Holland and Barrett. Not helpful as I used this for a £2 global bonus which is also pending on this transaction

There are really good cashback deals but my last four orders didn’t track. I eventually get the cashback but it’s just a nuisance.

Thoroughly fed up. Apart from a couple of initial purchases some time ago, not a single transaction has tracked since 2021. I buy from them quite often, easily every couple of months, and have to keep logging missing cashback claims. I have been eventually getting the missing cashback, but we're talking months and months late, and it's taking up a lot of my time to chase them up. Sort it out, H&B!

Never pays out without chasing. Every purchase i have ever made through cashback sites has needed to be chased. I'm currently waiting for a purchase from 11 January 2022 to track. The money comes through in the end, but you will wait for many months. This seems to be a deliberate policy from Holland & Barrett. I'm sure a lot of people don't follow up on missing cashback.

Declined Cashback Claim stating "Order Cancelled". This is not the case as I am using the product. What a waste of time. Will be trying other discount codes for immediate price reduction next time.

Every order from Holland and Barrett has to be tracked manually. EVERY SINGLE ORDER!!! I've made tens of orders in the last 2 years and NOT ONE single order has been automatically tracked. And then it takes 3 months to get cashback. Very slow and disappointing...(Oh and it's nothing to do with my browser and cookie settings because they work perfectly fine for other vendors like ebay that do get tracked automatically!)
