Never tracks. Chrome on PC, safari on iphone, chrome on iphone and even tried with and without the extension installed. Just doesnt track

No tracking ??, I have made 2 purchases this January and none of them have tracked. Had to go through the claim process which of course will take months to be solved.

Very very poor experience. I made three purchases within a six month period and each time the cashback didn’t show, didn’t track and I had to log a claim each time. Eventually got my cashback but very frustrating having to chase it every single time which should not be the case.

Rarely tracks especially when there are high exclusive rates of cashback and when missing cashback claim is submitted they decline it. Placed an order last week at exclusive 25% rate and surprise surprise, it did track. Placed other orders that day with other retailers which tracked so definitely something wrong with this retailer

They offer good amounts of cashback but sadly, I always have problems with H&B it rarely tracks and takes a very long time to be credited.
