Seems to take longer than 12 weeks to confirm the cashback
My current order was on 2 Feb and the amount is still 'pending' (almost 16 weeks now).

Purchasing for this merchant hardly ever tracks. Doesn't matter if I use phone or pc tracking is not happening. Have to submit missing claims most of time

Takes a while to get cashback
I purchased items when it was a big Cashback % day, and the full money back expected did go through, although it took a lot longer than other retailers on this site.

Never tracks but pays out Missing Cashback Claims raised. Great Store
Love the shop but H&B never track on Top Cashback. However, although it might take a while, they always do pay out if you raise a Missing Cashback Claim and are patient enough to wait. It seems more like a technical issue or honest error (rather than some of the disingenuous declines that crop up with other merchants).
Lovely staff in all the stores too

Haven't paid cashback again
Unfortunately Holland & Barrett haven't paid me the cashback that was due This is the second time that has happened to me with an order with them. Needless to say, I won't be placing any more orders with the company.
Based on my 2 bad experiences, I would strongly advise you to place any orders elsewhere.

Dreadful tracking
I don't know if it is Topcashback or H&B but purchases rarely track. I use Topcashback exactly the same every time I purchase anything and other purchases via other retailers made at the same time track with no issue. Only H&B has this problem. Have just submitted 3 claims.

Very very poor experience. I made three purchases within a six month period and each time the cashback didn’t show, didn’t track and I had to log a claim each time. Eventually got my cashback but very frustrating having to chase it every single time which should not be the case.
