	Great topcashback I was able to buy Starbucks or Costa gift cards with the cashback I received from Holland & Barrett products through Top Cashback. Buy health products and drink coffee happily. Top Cashback is the best!!!

	Received after TopCashback intervened Didn’t track after order. Top Cashback followed it up and 2 months later H&B paid. I’m very pleased. Didn’t expect it to be resolved easily. I didn’t have to do anything myself after confirming purchase details, Top Cashback kept me regularly updated.

	Holland and Barrett cashback delay Several times I've ordered from Holland and Barrett and the transaction has not tracked so I've had to contact Top cashback. Each time it's taken about 3 months but eventually it was sorted out.

	They just don't pay out so don't bother I am an experienced user of TCB. I know how the process works and know what's right and what's wrong to do in terms of cookies etc. Yet H&B keep declining cashback claims. I also ordered Barebells protein bars. Every time they turn up melted and stuck to the packaging. Every time, without fail. I won't use them again.

	Do not pay out Cashback I have purchased from Holland and Barret 4 times for items over £60 and each time the cashback has been declined - not sure why as they were not things on offer or 3for2 items. Merchants should give a reason why a cashback has been declined.

	Not reliable H&B cuts cashback amount. It has happened to me few times. If not noticed and query not raised, then one would not get paid the full cashback amount.

	Holland and Barrett very slow with Cashback Placed 2 orders,both i have had to request help from Topcashback to follow up with. Cannot fault Topcashback,but sadly it seems from the reviews for H & B you need to buck up your end

	Having to chase cashback I am a really regular shopper with this company and spend a lot of money. I usually get the cashback. However, having place a large order with potential cashback of over £20 it did not track. I raised this with the cashback site and, weeks on, still no reply from Holland and Barrett. Be aware of this if you see high cashback offers that undoubtedly are tempting.

	2 orders not tracked Placed two orders so far that didn't track, despite a popup saying my visit had been tracked. Claims in progress but have not been updated in nearly a week. Unsure if I'll get paid, a pity as I use Holland and Barrett regularly.
