Made a big purchase only due to the fact it said 35% cashback special today only in an email I received and it hasn’t tracked. Even used my laptop to make sure as it said it may not track thru iPhone safari. Very disappointed

Firstly, I had placed two orders at Holland and Barret in span of two weeks. Firstly, Claims were not recognised. Later on moving to missing claim, it takes ages for H&B to approve it. Not at all satisfied with H&B team.
