Two different cashback sites used in the past year with Holland & Barrett and they have failed to pay through either. Rubbish excuse for not paying with no way to question, utterly hopeless. Lost me as a customer for ever.

Despite TCB's efforts on my behalf this Merchant rejected my claim. Offers a high rate of cashback and then doesn't payout. Would advise complete avoidance of this merchant or to proceed with care and caution to prevent disappoinment.

Although the products I buy are always excellent, the cashback experience is abysmal. Every single purchase I've had to submit a missing cashback claim, not once has any purchased tracked - not once. Holland & Barrett are excellent at taking your money but giving a little back? No.
TopCashBack have always come through in getting my money thankfully. It's all very well offering 'X' amount of cashback to your customers but trying to get it is another kettle of fish with H&B.
Very Poor.

Payable date (after nearly 4 months!) has come and gone and still nothing. I don't think I'll bother with these merchants any more. If you want reasonably priced vitamins, try Simply Supplements with 15.15% cashback, their cashback came through very quickly. I am certainly going back to them.

TRACKED IMMEDIATELY, BUT TWO DAYS LATER WENT TO £0 AND I LODGED A CLAIM WITH TCB. 14 WEEKS LATER NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I MET ALL THE CONDITIONS OF THIS RETAILER - NO DISCOUNT CODES OR VOUCHERS, FULLY PAID & DELIVERED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. IF THEY DON'T INTEND TO PAY OUT THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED. LONGSTANDING MEMBER OF TCB, AND NORMALLY NO PROBLEMS.
