My purchase did not track even though I followed all the instructions. Also, I have noticed that many products are out of stock if you want to purchase them online. They do not keep you informed on the status of your delivery.

Each time an item is on special offer it is out of stock. I wrote to H&B cust svces about this. It is extremely annoying to put items on offer when they don't have enough stock to match predicted sales!

Be very very careful when purchasing from this merchant. They always use the excuse that the claim has been declined as the network has not identified TopCashBack as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction. This has happened to me countless times since 2008. Do not be lured and conned by the 15% cashback offered as you will not get it. You have been warned.

You usually get what you pay for and although the items I buy are not cheap they ARE good and worth the money.
Also I get cashback,quick delivery ,pleasant customer service assistants, a simple website to use and points which go towards my next purchase.

Have given up with Holland and Barrett. Have refused me 3 valid pay outs on the trot. Am shopping elsewhere from now on. Would give zero stars re Topcashback it it were an option.

Good at tracking purchase but takes forever to confirm purchase and terrible long to receive payment. Extremely slow service and very disappointing. I have made 5 purchases and not received payment for even one. Waiting over 3 months now. Poor, poor service.

I would love to shop with Holland & Barrett, only the checkout page is currently faulty and will not let me complete my purchase. I am not even allowed to put my payment details in before an error banner crosses the top of the screen and I am unable to proceed further. The error is for both card payments and PayPal.
Very dissatisfied!

Quite pleased with H & B and have used them a few times, cashback can be a bit slow to pay and have had a lower amount go to pending which has corrected itself. Have always got paid out eventually though and with free delivery at the moment it is worth a go.
