Never really had issues with many retailers, only H&B tracking then re-setting cashback to 0 for no particular reason. Considering prior similar orders were made with no issues, seems very arbitrary of them.

THIEVES! I placed ONE ORDER with Holland and Barrett, who took it upon themselves to despatch TWO DUPLICATE orders and kindly charge me for THREE. I may as well just give them my money as they have now refused to refund the unauthorised charge for the missing delivery! I always thought of Holland and Barratt as a reputable Company, oh how wrong I was! Do not shop here unless you want to give them carte blanche to keep taking charges from your credit until they choose to stop.

This website is not fit for purpose. Every time I click, confirm payment, it shows an error - asking me to reload the page. No confirmation is shown on the site. No e mail confirmation is received. I tried two more times and failed each time due to the same error message on payment confirmation page. No e mail confirmation of the order was received and now suddenly, I have three different debits on my account totalling £140 and three parcels have been dispatched. Spoke to their customer service(0844 and 0870 numbers). She said "our website is awful". Why don't they close it down if they know that it is not working. How can they dispatch an order and charge for it without any email confirmation? Asked me to take the goods to a shop for refund. Who will pay for my parking and fuel and time? Just shut it down.

WASTE OF TIME !!!! HAVE HAD LOTS ISSUES WITH THIS MERCHANT NOT PAYING CASHBACK where it is due as promised. Apparently they have convinced themselves that any transaction completed fully online and via www.topcashback.co.uk does not qualify. Apparently it has been completed via a none authorised channel they do not participate with. suits them just to say this as they simply don’t wish to pay out it would appear. Bit strange how lately a fair few people are having same issue..........

Cashback tracked within one hour, went to confirmed in less than a fortnight. H&B seem to take 2-3 days to actually ship the items, even during the week. Overall, I'd order from them again.

Like a lot of other people experiences, initially tracked cashback then later went to zero. Seems to be another cheating merchant who is using this for gaining customers with false promises of cashback but not actually paying up. Have stopped buying anything more from them and using other merchants. They've lost at least one regular customer and more as i've advised a number of friends and families of my experiences.

shopped with H&B 4 times. 3 of them tracked without issue. only the most recent purchase did not track after 10 days. It was comfirmed in two weeks time after filing a missing claim.

Ive bought twice through top cashback, both purchases did not track at all. Had to put tickets in, not worth the hassle. Ive purchased through other sites and were very slow payers, over a year and still waiting.

Spent £77 and waited patiently for the cashback to be authorised and it was knocked back - NIL. I always use Holland & Barrett and the cashback is a strong motivation over other suppliers. Now I will be forced to think twice.

Cashback declined!! :-( it took 4 months for them to respond to my claim to tell me it is because I had a h&b loyalty card included in the sale.

Dreadful experience; purchase made which failed track (not the first time), claim posted and six months later told that the claim is not valid as another means of purchase was applied (??). Really do not bother with H&B - they never track, and do not honour their offers.

Purchased £40 of goods from Holland & Barrett in May expecting £4 cashback. It was confirmed for ages then reverted to zero this week. I believe I fulfilled all the criteria, clicked through from Topcashback and didn't use any discount codes or coupons. It is too late to submit a claim, as Topcashback won't look at any transactions that are over 100 days past the purchase date. Am very disappointed with H&B.

So for the fith time this year I've lost my cashback with H&B - tracks fine and weeks later looks like the cash is on the way then .............boom ! "0.00" cash in your payable section - same old story - avoid

I spent around £130 with them on two transactions, everything tracked fine and now it's showing as £0 payable for both purchases with absolutely no reason why. I'd expect better from a company like this, so if you do buy beware that Holland and Barrett don't like to pay out.

Appalling experience with H&B cash back promise. I made a purchase for over £70 this year, non has refunded cash back through this website. Why bother using the cashback website at all?

Good cash back rate but tracking is slow and then even slower to reach payable. It has been over 5 months (nearly 6 months) now and still pending! Not serious of H&B. My only gripe is that they are the only stockist of Dr Organic products which I love and therefore no other choice but to use them again. If I could get my skincare products elsewhere I would!

Only ONCE has my purchase resulted in a successful cashback (there have been several) and that is after several months EACH TIME chasing them. Absolutely disgusting from Holland & Barrett, they should not be listed on this site if they NEVER intend to pay out. Just vile.
