Absolutely awful, i have been owed money by these muppets from 26/01/11 £3.38 & 11/05/11 £13.69 so im £17 down, TCB keep fobbing me off with excuses and H&B dont give a damn
I now use Simply Supplements every time and they track the payment the same day and pay up really quickly, avoid these, just read other reviews, also watch out as they will try and welch on the deal if you use any codes

MY PURCHASE FAILED TO TRACK AND HAD TO SUBMIT CLAIM TO TCB, EVEN NOW IT IS JUST SITTING IN CONFIRMED AND THE PURCHASE WAS MONTHS AGO.WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN- SHAME REALLY AS MOST OF THE GOODS ARE COMPETIVELY PRICED

When I asked for dispatch information I wasn't given any. The delivery guy didn't even press the door. I was in all day & it went next door. I don't even know when I'll get my reward card. Very bad customer service.

My orders did not track on the last 3 occasions I shopped with H&B. After submitting manual claims, I did eventually receive cashback on the first 2 claims - only just submitted the 3rd, so still waiting. I know now to keep an eye on it and submit my claim after a few weeks

Useless. After waiting to find out why it hadn't tracked, Holland and Barrett came up with the excuse: Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' which is crazy as I always go through top cashback. Will not be using them again.
