Did everything as required but eventually, after doing a manual claim, and Top Cashback chasing them, Holland & Barrett won't pay the cashback. So, take a chance with this company and you possibly will receive nothing. PS. The Top Cashback team have been extremely helpful.

Tracked very quickly and then became payable as zero. Why??? Did not use any discount code.
Wish I had checked the comments here before as many complaints about the same experience.
Topcashback people should do something about this poor track record with this retailer.

I wasn't sure at first about this retailer. I tried TCB but it didn't track - that was using a voucher code listed on this site so I think there was a problem with it. However, I have today placed another order and it has tracked straight away and is showing up on my account already, so very impressed. Good rate of CB as well - 11.11%!

Purchased 3 jars of Manuka honey on Sun 29 Aug 2010, it initially tracked at correct amount then promptly went to £0.00!! Filled report with TopCashBack but as yet the retailer hasn't responded. Will not be using them again, Rip off.

Did not track on May 2010 purchase, so submitted a claim. 7 months later, despite monthly nudges, have heard nothing back. Very disappointed. This seem to be consistent with other reviews about this merchant, so don't count on getting anything back!

Tracked fine. Delivered reasonably promptly. But cashback amount changed to zero just before payment due. Raised a query and sent several nudges, but after 6 months reckon nodoby is interested. Don't rtake the cashback into account when working out if they offer value for money as the claim is still "sent to retailer" so looking very unlikely.
