If I could give zero or negative feedback I would have done so. The cash back took ages to track and when it did it tracked at a significantly lower rate than the one promised at the time of purchase. I’ve been contacting TCB to try and sort this issue but with no joy. It’s been over a year now and still nothing despite several emails and nudges. I’m never ever ordering from Harvey Nichols again and I believe it’s only a matter of time before this giant trembles down like Debenhams and Harrods and others did.

Have had to submit missing cashback claims every time I've used this merchant. My current claim was submitted 2 plus months ago and still no resolution. Consistently disappointing experience.
