	All very well Go Compare offering high cashback rates, but useless when they refuse to pay out. Bought a policy through Go Compare, and received the 'We've recorded your visit' message from TopCashback. Despite me supplying the date of the transaction, policy number, and amount paid, Go Compare claim to have no trace of anything and refuse to pay casback. Clearly unreliable and dishonest - avoid !!

	BEWARE - GO Compare cashback is a con. Have had 3 declined now saying "Regrettably, your claim has been declined. The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction." They were all done via Topcashback and definitely not through anyone else. Also strangely enough they are all declined after the 100 days cut off so you can't lodge Declined action becuase over 100 days. Won't be using ever again.

	My cashback has been declined - why advertise you will pay if you have no intention of doing so - this is disgraceful and you are misleading customers!! Fellow customers - do not use if you are relying on receiving cashback from this company!!!

	Declined to pay cashback for valid purchase, as they don't make it payable (or decline it) until months after puchase, can't even lodge a missing cashback claim

	really disappointed, bought car insurance and home insurance and both not showing up!.. and more annoyingly could have got it cheaper else where.... better off going through compare the market!

	I have had 4 out of 4 claims declined by Go Compare but upon submitting a claim they have eventually paid out on 3 of them with the still ongoing. They offer cashback through Top Cashback but are dishonest in rejecting legitimate claims and it cannot be a coincidence that they have rejected every single one of my claims so far, paying them only after raising a claim. It is too arduous to be bothered with and I will choose a different comparison site next time.

	Bought a few insurances now but none have tracked to get full cash back amount. Possibly because I had GoCompare account from first insurance bought. Still disappointing.

	Bought insurance through this site in April 2018 - declined £28. Bought insurance again in July 2018 - declined £26. Was told that there was no way to challenge the claim. Really disappointed as this is a lot of cashback to have declined.

	Nearly a year after I bought my car insurance through GoCompare on TCB they've refused to pay any cashback. I won't be using them again.

	Don't touch this company. Avoid at all costs. They simply refused to pay out on a legitimate purchase. I bought my car insurance through them last year and took screen pictures of every part of the transaction as proof. Despite Topcashback trying their best for me, GoCompare would not acknowledge my purchase and point blank refused to pay me the £20 they owe.

	They don't honour the cash back - they track at £0 for the estimated payout period of 17 weeks uplift after the this period to £28 and decline it. This is now more than the 100 days topcashback will accept missing claims so nicely done. I decided not to fall for this same trick with my home insurance

	Sadly I've been duped by GoCompare and Top Cashback. I bought my house insurance this year through Go Compare despite having cheaper quotes elsewhere because the cash back would ultimately make this the best deal. That was in January 2018 - it's not mid August and I've still not got the money. I've complained and Top Cashback aren't answering despite many nudges. It's a shame because Top Cashback have generally been excellent for me, but not this time and with an ongoing issue with my girlfriends account with Sky Mobile cashback that hasn't come through I'm having severe doubts about the way Top Cashback operates now. Please don't buy on the basis that the cashback will make this the best deal. Don't factor in the cashback - if you get it regard it as a bonus because the tracking and payment system is simply not as robust as it once was.

	Declined my cashback suddenly, 5 months after i took a home insurance policy (which i paid for up front). Unable to submit a missing cashback ticket because it's been over 100 days. Untrustworthy.

	Got a quote in March which offered £1 just for quotation. Also went through them for the actual policy, without going for cashback. Waited all these months to find they have declined the £1. Won't be using them next year. They deserve zero stars.

	update...declined, so sent message to topcashback on facebook and thanks to Matt and within less than an hour cashback was in my account...hope this helps others
