cashback declined and case not resolved, annoying as i did everything that needed to be done to qualify for the cashback, but if they can get away without paying then they will of course, cheers then :/

The cashback did not track. I now have to wait at least 3 months before they will review it but I don't hold much hope as there will be some dispute no doubt as to whether I used Topcashback or not even though I have the policy number and disputed it immediately. We'll have to see.

Don't use. They decline even though I had screenshots and all policy numbers etc... kept saying they could not find my policy. Just an excuse not to pay out.

Like others have said they simple do not pay Cashback. I've bought several policies through them and every single one has been rejected over a number of years. They are off my search list forever. I'd advise others to do the same
