	Avoid I have been using top cashback since it is started, go compare is one of the worst merchant where I have not been able to claim a single cashback. Tried twice in the last six months both unsuccessful. Never again.

	Would award no stars if possible - steer clear I would recommend that you use a different comparison site if you want your cashback to be awarded. Firstly mine didn't track and then I opened a claim and 6 months down the line; was advised that cashback (£42) had been declined. Go Compare may claim to pay one of the better cashback awards, but they don't pay out! Only wish I had read the reviews beforehand - it appears that I'm not alone; when it comes to cashback being declined!

	Cashback declined Going to use a different price comparison site next year. Cashback declined for my car insurance policy, followed a few weeks later by my house insurance.

	Cashback declined twice I have purchased car insurance twice through TCB and both times it has tracked and then been declined by Go Compare. I won’t be using them again as I see from the reviews here and on trust pilot Cashback is often declined despite an eligible purchase being made. I feel it’s really poor customer service to advertise Cashback you have no intention of paying out as an incentive for people to use your service.

	Declined I've been using TCB a long time and rarely get declined, and if I do it's because I've returned an item from an order. Go Compare declined my cashback so I filed a Missing Cashback Claim against them. Just had the results back several months later and they are still declining it, with the reason being "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase". I'm still going to argue the case with TCB and will leave a poor review for Go Compare on Trustpilot as well - and I would urge others to the same. I'm also going to file a case against Go Compare on Resolver as they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.

	Don't bother using them, they won't pay out, never do. Tried a handful of times of the years and these lot never, ever pay out. I know fine well you've got to go straight through to the site and book directly online in one action etc. Did just this, but never worked. Never go off the price after cashback - you won't get it. Will never use Go Compare for anything again.

	Immediately tracked but declined 12 weeks later Absolutely raging - I did everything correctly - went through TopCashback, searched and purchased immediately. It tracked absolutely fine and sat there for 12 weeks "pending uplift" for it to then be declined!!!!

	Don’t bother I’ve tried using this link now on two occasions over 2 years and despite doing everything possible, my purchase wasn’t tracked. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother.

	Claim paid Transaction was tracked and then uprated before being declined. However, much to my surprise, it was reinstated when I submitted a claim. So fair's fair, minus one star for the inconvenience. Reading the other reviews though, proceed with caution, you are forewarned.

	Cashback Declined To be honest I wasn't surprised when the cashback for GoCompare was declined, just read all the other 1 star reviews: basically they don't pay! In future I will use the Martin Lewis Money Saving Expert website and their excellent "compare+ car insurance" tool, this really will save you money.

	DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THROUGH TOP CASHBACK! Used Top Cashback twice for Go-compare. Had both policies declined. Then I was asked "did you click off the page" "Did you follow the T&Cs"? I've been using Top Cashback long enough to know how it works. I always follow the instructions, yet BOTH declined and no come-back from TC. Total waste of time.

	Declined Cashback Disappointing that I had my cashback declined on this, yet I'm still receiving emails from GoCompare reminding me that they will refund my excess because I bought my insurance through them. I think they take a long time to decline the cashback, which narrows the window of making a claim against them. I've tried to make a claim but TopCashback have told me they can't proceed with the claim as 'Unfortunately, due to the age of this claim, we are unable to submit this for further review with the network agency as this will be considered too old to be looked into further.' I appreciate that it took me a while to raise a claim, but when you don't get a notification that the cashback has declined and companies can take a number of months to award cash back in the first place, it feels unfair.
