	Declined twice! I purchased two car insurances a couple months apart, and for both the cashback has been declined. Never again will I purchase a car insurance on Go Compare. They don't pay the cashback and claim that the car insurance was not purchased via TopCashback. How TC allows this to carry on is beyond my understanding.

	Unethical Way of Working Total scam, got a policy with them and emails to prove it, but declined cashback saying they would have got the quote regardless. This is not true and won't be getting my business at renewal. I usually use the compare the market site, teaches me to try another.

	Read the small print If you don't purchase your policy on the first quote and you come back to an existing quote. Cash back is refused. Should have read the feedback

	It does work.... Had pretty low expectations based on all the previous reviews, but purchased anyway as it was the best price at the time and the £40 would have been a nice bonus. Took 2.5 months, but came through without issue :) My guess, like most reviews, you only see the negativity and rarely the positive outcomes....

	Lost Go.Compare customer Declined cashback despite me being quite certain I followed all the T&C's correctly. Wish I had seen all these other similar experiences before wasting my time. Will only be using other providers in future and shall avoid Go.Compare despite being a previous customer!

	LEAVE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT Doesn’t pay cashback - keeps declining it . They seem to care highly about their feedback on trust pilot so I would think about leaving a feedback on there so that they actually take notice and start paying the cashback they promise – they blamed TopCashback for not paying it but I’ve not had problems with TopCashback before. Didn’t get a penny and still waiting.

	Dont base your purchase on potential cash back! Used Go.compare on more than one occasion. I have never received cash back back from this company, even when purchasing genuine policies.

	Declined Cashback for valid purchase As loads of other reviews on here have said do not bother using this company, they declined my genuine car insurance purchase. Took them 3 months to process as well and only to then decline it.

	Don't make your decision based on the false cashback rate This merchant should be removed from the platform looking at the number of reviews where everything has been declined for all quotes and purchases having followed the set process. I won't be using topcashback with go.compare anymore.

	ZERO Cashback Looks like I’m not the only one. Due £42 cashback after taking out a policy and declined. Followed everything to the letter and nothing back. TopCashback should REMOVE them from their site. Advertising cashback for customers then not paying out is nothing short of fraud!!!!

	Don’t bother. They’ll decline cash back for genuine insurance policies. Declined. Wish I’d read the reviews first as there were better offers out there but the cashback promise made this one appealing. TopCashback ought to remove them from this site.

	Declined my genuine car insurance policy cashback Gocompare declined my car insurance policy cashback without a valid reason. My friends told me that Gocompare will decline cashback without a reason. I thought if I buy the policy with one click without leaving the page, my cashback will be tracked and I will receive the cashback, but I was wrong because Gocompare declined my cashback anyway. I will never use this site again, and I will try my best to convince my family and friends not to use gocompare.

	Declined cashback- ZERO stars Second year in a row that Go Compare have declined the cashback. Both times they have given poor excuses as to why they could not pay out. Topcashback should really be considering removing this merchant from their site because, looking at the reviews, rejections are more common than payouts. I won’t be using them again- the few pennies (literally £1.72) saved at renewal do not justify the extra time spent going through this website. It’s only worth it if you get the cashback and I guarantee you will not.

	Inflated Premiums Going through TCB the premiums are inflated by the cashback value, so may as well go direct and not chance it not tracking.

	Disappointing similar to others here Cashback declined initially and after going through topcashback appeals process. Followed all the rules re cookies and immediate purchase and everything as usual. Definitely need to removed pending an improvement. If you aren't going to deliver it simply don't promise it! I'm going to avoid for the foreseeable future.

	Avoid, cannot be trusted Went through go compare to find car insurance, believing that they would be honest and fair. The insurance was arranged and paid for, in full, and cashback was pending uplift. The cashback was then declined, this is the last time I will use gocompare, and would advise everyone to find a trustworthy comparison site!!

	Declined Had this transaction declined, put in a claim, it reverted back to '0.00 pending uplift' then has now gone back to declined again. I would maybe expect this risk of no cashback with a smaller retailer not such a big houseshold name! Don't advertise cashback if you aren't going to honour it or patronise smart money savvy people by suggesting or excusing the behaviour because it might have been their fault by not doing it correctly (this hasn't happened it's just the usual explanation blaming the customer). I followed every single step as I should have done (diligently) as I do with most transactions. Very disappointed and even more so in Topcashback given that they do very little about it and it's clearly a very common issue given the reviews. Not impressed at all.
