	Scam! Did everything as described but declined cashback. Don't bother. Won't be using Go Compare in future, either through topcashback or independently. I don't understand why companies don't realise this behaviour will ultimately damage them

	Waste of time I have tried to get cashback from Go Compare two years running & it's been declined both times. I know for a fact that the last time I did everything as described. Complete waste of time I won't bother again

	Declined Cashback despite having proof Initially tracked 5 times, then slowly came the true light when it started to go to declined for all. I have proof from go compare customer service to say its gone through and told me to take it with top cashback, feel affiliates perhaps wants to hold onto my hard earned cashback, please be cautious. I have put a claim through and see what happens, please be careful with Go Compare. I have given it a high score so it can be read would have given less but then others would not be able to share my experience, I will keep you updated

	Cashback declined on both Home and Car insurance with Go.Compare I have screenshots of my quotes proving that my purchases via TopCashback were tracked by the insurer concerned (both for Home and Car insurance) but cashback was declined. I have submitted claims and will have to wait and see. I will be trying another cashback site next time.

	Was worried after reading reviews but no issues at all with mine I was worried that the cashback would not come through after reading other reviews here. They paid on time and the full amount so I was very happy with them

	Declined like most others recently Followed the instructions to the letter but cashback still declined 2 months later. This is despite on their website it states I bought car insurance through them. Looking at the reviews in date order it looks like recently almost claims are now being declined. Compare the meerkat did pay £3 on a very small travel insurance policy!

	Fast Payout Again Car Insurance cashback paid out after two months. Not had any issues with receiving cashback from this merchant and always within a reasonable time.

	Why Oh Why? Why do TopCashback allow these people to use their platform. It's very obvious by the amount of declined awards and upset customers ( We're not idiots ), is ruinous to any company that cared about genuine and honest customer service.

	Cashback declined As many others have said I waited 3 months to be told that the cashback has been declined. This appears to be fraudulent. Makes me wonder whether the Go.Compare £250 excess refund is a scam too and they never actually pay out?

	Declined but followed T&C to the letter Like so many others done all right and cashback declined apparently can't find a record even told them I have screenshots for every step of the way but still declined. Avoid at all cost so many users with the same issue must be either TCB or go compare that pocket our money.

	repeat success have used them repeatedly in recentbecause of this I years, not least because their excess insurance has helped me reduce premiums (I haven't had to use it but opt for higher excess); they've always provided decent quotes + paid cashback without fuss

	Sharks - don't believe this scam of cashback Like everyone else, made the purchase through topcashback which was tracked successfully. They put it on ice for 90 days hoping you forget about it, you then have to chase the money, they then tell you its been rejected. Don't use TCB for this insurance, go elsewhere. Makes me rethink using TCB at all.

	THIRD time cashback declined. Do Not Use! I have been using TCB for years, so I know what I'm doing. This is the third time they have declined cashback. Not happy, they should be held to account.

	Cashback is a lie Followed the terms and conditions for cashback, purchased insurance through them which tracked on topcashback only to be declined for no reason months later. Avoid and use any of the other comparison sites instead which have always been fine for me.

	Avoid go compare if you want TCB Recently bought 2 car insurance policies and both have been declined. Whilst i have been using TCB for years I have noticed that I seem to get larger cash back value purchases declined / not tracked, whereas the lower value items go through.

	declined even though i got a new quote and purchased new policy did everything as asked, new quote, purchased policy, and cash back declined after 2 months. i have lodged a claim which says it can take several more months, but doubt they’ll accept it as per other reviews
