Did not pay out!
Like others I purchased from Go.compare through topcashback website. Received the notification to say my visit was recorded only for my cashback to be declined! Went through customer services and they couldn't give me a definite answer as to why the cashback was declined.

DO NOT USE! - check out the reviews!
Like over 90% of reviewers, my Cashback was declined. Go.Compare are declining so many claims by pretending they are unaware that the purchase was made through Topcashback, that they are obviously scamming Topcashback and their customers. Alternatively, Topcashback are aware of what's happening but still allow Go.Compare to offer cashback knowing full well a large majority of claims will be declined.
As per the title of my review, DO NOT USE Go.Compare if you are expecting to receive the cashback they are offering.
I wish I'd read the reviews before buying but as they are such a huge company, I wrongly assumed they would be reasonably trustworthy. I was wrong, they are nothing but scam merchants, in fact, I'd say they are no better than thieves.

Crook.Compare - don't bother using in anticipation of cashback
Nothing new to add as you'll read from other reviews the same experiences.
I cleared cookies, ensured my browser extensions didn't block cookies, accepted go.compare cookies/tracking etc - the cashback didn't track initially so I had to input the claim manually (this was where I already expected the cashback to be rejected/denied)
3 months later and it's been rejected as go.compare advising they don't see the reason this purchase was done was due to me going through TCB.
Lesson in point - not much point going through TCB with go.compare, or don't use go.compare if they're not competitively priced without whatever £ cashback they're promising (and won't uphold)

Charlatans at best, Scammers at worst.
Like many others, followed instructions to the letter. The purchased tracked, no payout. Raised a ticket and provided further proof even though TCB already have all details. Get a message feom TCB to say still declined without any reason or justification. Thanks a bunch TCB, you're about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Either that or the payouts are going *ahem* astray ?

Did everything as described but declined cashback. Don't bother. Won't be using Go Compare in future, either through topcashback or independently. I don't understand why companies don't realise this behaviour will ultimately damage them

Declined Cashback despite having proof
Initially tracked 5 times, then slowly came the true light when it started to go to declined for all. I have proof from go compare customer service to say its gone through and told me to take it with top cashback, feel affiliates perhaps wants to hold onto my hard earned cashback, please be cautious. I have put a claim through and see what happens, please be careful with Go Compare. I have given it a high score so it can be read would have given less but then others would not be able to share my experience, I will keep you updated

Cashback declined on both Home and Car insurance with Go.Compare
I have screenshots of my quotes proving that my purchases via TopCashback were tracked by the insurer concerned (both for Home and Car insurance) but cashback was declined. I have submitted claims and will have to wait and see. I will be trying another cashback site next time.

Declined like most others recently
Followed the instructions to the letter but cashback still declined 2 months later. This is despite on their website it states I bought car insurance through them. Looking at the reviews in date order it looks like recently almost claims are now being declined. Compare the meerkat did pay £3 on a very small travel insurance policy!

Why do TopCashback allow these people to use their platform. It's very obvious by the amount of declined awards and upset customers ( We're not idiots ), is ruinous to any company that cared about genuine and honest customer service.

Like so many others done all right and cashback declined apparently can't find a record even told them I have screenshots for every step of the way but still declined.
Avoid at all cost so many users with the same issue must be either TCB or go compare that pocket our money.
