I renewed my car insurance via GoCompare last September and the cashback tracked as expected. However for no obvious reason four months later my cashback has been declined? I've no idea why as I'm careful to clear my cookies before making a purchase and I very definitely made a purchase. I think in future I'll be using a more trustworthy price comparison site.

have used this comparison site each year for insurance quotes - as per terms - and it is really helpful. I appreciate the cashback, which is higher than other well known comparison sites, just for doing the search. It pays reasonably qucikly too. Many Thanks - did not rate those areas that were not applicable in this instance.

Used on 16th Jan, but didn't track and no way of claiming as they don't process missing cashback claims. Needed insurance anyway, but wouldn't have necessarily checked on go compare without this, so a bit of a waste of time, esepcially as they didn't end up providing best quote.

website absolutely fanastic to use. will recommend to others.
flux direct website a bit dissapointed as i was continuously shown a error page whilst trying to complete the purchase. have contacted them so hopefully they'll be able to rectify the problem and i'll be able to complete the transaction so i can get some cash back!
