	Motor Insurance Policy through Churchill Competitive policy that met all my needs set up easily via go.compare on 08 June 2023. Tracked immediately and cash back paid just over 3 months after the policy set up. Very good experience from start to finish.

	Incorrect Tracking I purchased insurance using Go.Compare when there was an exclusive offer of £50 cashback however I still haven't received this yet as it's tracking at a different amount. I have raised an enquiry with Topcashback but it seems to be going around in circles. If the advertised cashback isn't going to be paid out, why even advertise it?

	DO NOT TRUST - NEVER RECEIVED MY CASHBACK DO NOT TRUST - NEVER RECEIVED MY CASHBACK I have tried to contact Customer Support and not getting any help at all, all they keep saying is that topcashback was NOT the referrer to the site and that I am not entitled to receive cashback! Honestly the worst experience with topcashback and the insurance company and will not be using any of the two again!! Also, I will be taking this to trading standards to be investigated!

	Very disappointed £50 cashback advertised has been declined I'm really frustrated and disappointed that o purchased my car insurance through GoCompare earlier this year Initially the cashback tracked at 0.00 then after a few weeks of noticing there was no uplift I raised at ticket...now my cashback has been declined! I can't see how to challenge this and I will now never use GoCompare again, neither will my family and close friends

	Bombard with emails but decline cash back Oooh buy from us, we give you cash back says the numerous emails. 2 months on decline cash back. Pure Con artists. Go with the others, not this rather annoying company. Never again!

	Car Insurance and contents insurance. The top cash back was a great incentive but the period of taking out the insurance and receiving the cash back was excessive. I understand there is a need to delay payout as I could have cancelled the policy and therefore it would negate the cash back payout but to wait 4 months plus before receiving the payout is questionable.

	Avoid at all costs As a longstanding Topcashback customer, it's very rare that a payment has been declined. Unfortunately, Go.Compare has decided it simply won't pay up. Avoid at all costs and I won't ever use this company again.

	Slow to pay out Bought car insurance in October 2022. Still awaiting Top Cashback to show as payable in July 2023. Had to lodge a claim, wait six months before pursuing and now payout is showing as Pending ??

	refused cashback a number of times the merchant refused the cashback on the numerous occasions (not once) claiming they could not track the transaction even though the merchant selection has been made via topcashback... very disappointing.

	Avoid Pot luck whether these.charlatans will honour genuine purchases. They come up with a feeble excuse to avoid paying out and this cannot be challenged even with irrefutable evidence to the contrary.

	Declined cashback for no reason Don't use - bought car insurance through here, but declined cashbask for no reason- everything was followed and tracked. Waited months while it was 'pending' to then be declined with no reason, even after appealing. Avoid purchasing from them, go else where.

	No point. Used this site for Cashback, spent money, but declined cashbash Went through TCB to purchase car insurance via Gocompare. Made my purchase months ago, spent my money, followed all instructions given. Yet months after waiting Gocompare, without any reason declined the cashback. Avoid purchasing anything from them, go else where. It's a con.
