	New Car Insurance The cashback was paid exactly 2 months after purchase, great quote together with the cashback resulting in a premium increase of 10% on the previous year - better than the 40% uplift on the renewal quotation received…additionally, there’s a £250 reduction in the excess paid!

	Good honest insurance I've been doing topcash back for a couple of years now and it's easy . Money back on something you have to buy anyway. I choose go compare as it's easy and they nearly are always the best payer and always pay out no problems

	Did not pay Followed every step for two different insurance purchases home and car over the course of a month. Still no cash back. Declined. Waste of time.

	ONE BIG FAT CON!!! Definitely won’t be using Go Compare again on topcashback, opened a new car insurance policy with them, for them to decline it after 10 weeks…. Absolute shambles, you should be ashamed of yourselves and topcashback should ban you from there site!

	Declined for no reason No cashback received despite following all rules and terms and conditions. Not really fair to advertise cashback and the decline for no reason. Will steer clear of them next time.

	Slow but got there in the end I had to have a few tries at clicking through TopCashBack for this retailer and had pretty much despaired of getting any cashback because it just sat there for ages. However, a welcome payment came through eventually, so no complaints from me - this took £36 off my car insurance, which I was more than satisfied with.

	Tracked automatically Cashback tracked automatically and paid out quickly. Given the amount of redirecting involved I had my doubts it would track so pleasantly surprised.

	Dishonest, won't pay out, don't use. Zero rated if I could. Declined to payout, claimed it couldn't be proven that the transaction originated via topcashback. Bunch of shysters, won't be using them again.

	No compare. One thing is for sure. If you are promised cashback it will more than likely be declined. Follow exact procedure and it'll almost certainly be declined. Good luck trying to get the £250 excess back if you make a claim.

	Difficult payer They promise good returns but I've only had 1 payout from Go Compare in over 10 years of using them. My claims are all new, some with a pointless new Go Compare account (pointless by the way), tapping the details into a new quote etc. Not a good use of time.

	Fraudulant denial of legitimate cashback claim I'll certainly not be be using Go Compare in future as they declined my genuine claim. After waiting several months for a response to my claim, I got a cookie cutter response from Top Cash Back stating that hard declines from merchants are not reversible as their tracking system is "robust" and thus accurate - if that were the case, why would there be a missing claim facility in the first place!? Needless to say, TCB were toothless (as they always are in the scenario of a fraudulent cashback declination) as no action gets taken against the merchant and I'm left out of pocket (as an alternate quote was cheaper when you factor no cashback!)

	Great website So happy I chose GoCompare and saved myself over £200 on my car insurance. And, what a lovely surprise too to find I'd earned another £36 cashback. Whats not to like.

	Do not use!! Liars As many other reviews have said, my GENUINE cashback claim was denied by GC. Apparently I did not go through TC which is a blatant lie. I have made over £1000 in cashback so I am well aware of how the process works. shame on top cashback for allowing them to stay on here - they should be removed asap. 9 months on my claim is still open however I have contacted GC and they have already told me it is denied. I have lost out of £45 (plus wasted 9 months chasing) and I am so disappointed in both TC and GC.

	Unreliable Personally i haven't had any issues apart from the significant time difference between taking out the policy and receiving my cashback. I bought the policy in early Dec 2023 and have only received the cash back at the end of Feb 2024. On the other hand, several people i know have had their cash back declined for no apparent reason. Seems to be hit and miss whether your lucky enough to receive the cash back from this even when following the same process that everyone else does to buy the policy.

	Would not recommend Purchased car insurance in November 2023 using Go.Compare and payment declined. Never any problems with other merchants and when challenged this, no explanation offered by Go.Compare despite evidence this was purchased via Top Cashback. Would absolutely not recommend and won't ever use again.

	Cashback is very hit & miss Cashback for Go.Compare is hit & miss, they paid out for cheaper home insurance then declined for more expensive car insurance after following the same rules for both

	AVOID - Another in a a long list not to receive cashback! Looking at all the reviews (sorted by newest or lower ratings ), you can see Go Compare are in a habit of declining cashback! Nothing you can do about it unfortunately, as their word is final which is rather convenient for them! Would strongly advise going with another comparison providers here on TopCashBack, even if for a few quid less. You will probably find they all work with the same insurance companies. We have received payout from all other providers over the years without any problems, apart from Go Compare unfortunately. We followed the instructions to the Tee as per the offer T&C's. We even screen caped the whole process from the click-through in Topcashback to the policy purchase. We did this to avoid any possible dispute when it came to cashback payout. Did we receive the cashback? NO. Avoid Go Compare. There's a high change you won't receive cashback.

	Declined cashback on two car insurance policies Despite following instructions to clear cookies, create a new quote, purchase straight away, they didn't payout on two separate car insurance policies. No other websites had been used, so there was no question of any site other than TopCashback generating the lead.

	Twice now it has been declined Twice now it has been declined, no valid reason as to why. Have had hundreds of successful tracking with other companies via TCB yet this company is still allowed on here after so many 1 star reviews
