	Irresponsible n irresponsive Topcashback can show the transaction but go.compare rejected it without reasonable explanation. Poor customer service as well! Very frustrating experience

	Never paid Cashback correctly tracked and then "their chosen network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer to this purchase". Avoid.

	STAY CLEAR! you won't get the cash back. Do not use TOPCASHBACK if you think you are going to get cash back on your purchase with GO COMPARE. I've had two policies through GC now and used TOPCASHBACK and both cash back payments have been declined. I have followed the normal rules and I use this site a lot, this is the only retailer I ever have issues with. TOPCASHBACK - you should be ashamed there are so many complaints about this and you should be addressing this with GO COMPARE.

	Rejected every transaction I used the link for both my car insurance and my home insurance and both have been rejected with no reason. Opened a case with proof of policies but again rejected!

	been waiting 8 months for cashback DO NOT EXPECT CASHBACK. No sign of cashback. they declined my cashback and now topcashback are chasing them for money! 8 months now.

	Go Compare - Go Elsewhere! Never paid me the cashback - so do not rely on them when searching! They have lost a customer this year on all 3 of my regular annual policies so maybe they should think carefully before turning down someone's claim......

	Read the T&Cs The T&C's pretty much prohibit any cashback payout. It has to be brand new, from scratch quote - and don't close your browser. You have an account with Gocompare -forget it You amend your quote -forget it Overhyped - you won't get your payout.

	Good cashback total Usual process for insurance renewal comparisons, just initiated via TopCashBack. Obtained competitive insurance quotes which were improved further with the £34 cashback offer. I was concerned I may not receive as previously I had had a cashback declined (likely due to browser window change or similar) so ensured I stayed in the window and completed the transaction quickly. Cashback took two months to be received, which was longer than I anticipated but pleased to have received it this time.

	Be aware! I purchased car insurance through Gocompare.com via topcashback. It stated I would be entitled to cash back of £42.00. After a few weeks I went on the check what was happening and I noticed that my claim had been declined for some reason. I contacted Top Cashback and they advised that the merchant had declined my cashback. I queried this with Top Cashback and asked why. They said they would contact Gocompare to ascertain the reason. Lo and behold after only a week or two the Cashback was in my dashboard showing £42. Please be careful and check your account every few weeks.

	Motor Insurance Policy through Churchill Competitive policy that met all my needs set up easily via go.compare on 08 June 2023. Tracked immediately and cash back paid just over 3 months after the policy set up. Very good experience from start to finish.

	Incorrect Tracking I purchased insurance using Go.Compare when there was an exclusive offer of £50 cashback however I still haven't received this yet as it's tracking at a different amount. I have raised an enquiry with Topcashback but it seems to be going around in circles. If the advertised cashback isn't going to be paid out, why even advertise it?

	DO NOT TRUST - NEVER RECEIVED MY CASHBACK DO NOT TRUST - NEVER RECEIVED MY CASHBACK I have tried to contact Customer Support and not getting any help at all, all they keep saying is that topcashback was NOT the referrer to the site and that I am not entitled to receive cashback! Honestly the worst experience with topcashback and the insurance company and will not be using any of the two again!! Also, I will be taking this to trading standards to be investigated!

	Very disappointed £50 cashback advertised has been declined I'm really frustrated and disappointed that o purchased my car insurance through GoCompare earlier this year Initially the cashback tracked at 0.00 then after a few weeks of noticing there was no uplift I raised at ticket...now my cashback has been declined! I can't see how to challenge this and I will now never use GoCompare again, neither will my family and close friends

	Bombard with emails but decline cash back Oooh buy from us, we give you cash back says the numerous emails. 2 months on decline cash back. Pure Con artists. Go with the others, not this rather annoying company. Never again!
