with 2 cars and home insurance, I've always received my cashback.
over 3 years I've made multiple go compare purchases, and all have been paid on time. I just made another purchase yesterday and it is tracking (at £0.00 as usual, and updated later) so I have no issues here.

Best price
Got a new car and price with the current insurer was nearly double the price I got when looking in go.compare, was really easy and great using TopCashback for money back to me.
Staff were super helpful too.

The Worst Ever On Topcashback. Never pays out.
Doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Every single insurance I have bought with them through TCB has been declined. Every claim submitted refused. Lost count of how many times this has happened. Feel like a fool to have kept going back to them due to the £250 excess offer. No more!

2nd time they’ve declined cashback
Really frustrated as this is the 2nd time they have declined cashback on car insurance
I had factored the cashback when deciding to choose them so I’m £30 out of pocket and don’t have the free excess.
I’m sure topcashback were the last site I visited

Had to raise a ticket, as expected as per other reviews, cash back has been declined and no option for appeal. This was purchased correctly and I will not be using them again.

Great Company!
Easy to use site for all insurance. Initially tracks as £0 but this is clear on TCB. This didn't change so I was wondering if I needed to raise a query, but then just went from £0 to payable, so no issues for me!

Scam- Don’t trust
This is a scam and you don’t get your cashback. Following all the small print to the letter and doing everything exactly how it should be done however after 4 months of waiting getting told it’s declined and unable to do anything as topcashback want all the commission for themselves

The cashback was paid exactly 2 months after purchase, great quote together with the cashback resulting in a premium increase of 10% on the previous year - better than the 40% uplift on the renewal quotation received…additionally, there’s a £250 reduction in the excess paid!

I've been doing topcash back for a couple of years now and it's easy . Money back on something you have to buy anyway. I choose go compare as it's easy and they nearly are always the best payer and always pay out no problems

Slow but got there in the end
I had to have a few tries at clicking through TopCashBack for this retailer and had pretty much despaired of getting any cashback because it just sat there for ages. However, a welcome payment came through eventually, so no complaints from me - this took £36 off my car insurance, which I was more than satisfied with.
