	No payout! It said pending uplift but then declined. I submitted a missing cashback claim and it's been rejected. It's put me off using them again - if you advertise cashback you should honour it.

	Serial cashback deniers, they steal your money! Do not be enticed by the large cashback amounts they offer and they will deny the transaction was completed correctly and will not pay out! Check the reviews! Let's face it, most people who use this app know the rules and process inside out. So for Gocompare to still use the line that the transaction was not completed correctly is frankly insulting and untrue. My tip us topcashbacks own comparison site of confused.com who I have never had an issue with.

	No cashback paid Followed the rules, have received cashback from many other vendors with no issue, but my go compare claim was rejected with no valid reason. I see from the comments many others have had the same experience. Maybe Go compare should be removed as a merchant from TCB while they sort themselves out?

	Failed to honour the cashback offer Purchased car insurance through Topcashback using a Gocompare link. jumped through every hoop, no ad blockers etc. Expecting £40 cashback, they have refused to pay out despite providing the car insurance policy number. Apparently I was not the last referral, but they are not saying who was. So as far as I am concerned they might as well have taken £40 out of my wallet.

	Lull you in with a good cashback offer then don't pay out. Scam artists Isn't it funny how all the lower cashback amounts track with no problem (I've never had an eBay cashback not track) but when you come to try and get cashback for a bigger amount, for some reason they don't track. This is the official reply I got when I appealed my claim: 'We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf.' Look at the all the other 1 star reviews as well. They clearly just don't want to pay up.

	Cashback Declined - wish I’d read these reviews first Made a valid purchase and cashback was declined. Put in a claim and waited 2 months … cashback declined again with no reason given. Will never use gocompare ever again and will advise others to do the same.

	I obtained a car insurance quote on 18/2/25 through ‘Top Cash back’ and choose ‘Go.compare website’ just after 8pm to get £40 cash back. I choose ‘Churchill Plus’ for my new car insurance quote in Go.compare website, I press the button to go to the ‘insurer website’ but a error message flagged up a few times and Go compare could not direct me to Churchill Plus website to make payment! At the end I have to call up ‘Churchill Insurance’ and gave them my quote reference no. CHU13321224916 and paid over the phone ‘£524.27’ as required (1 annual payment), in order to purchase a new car insurance starting 8/3/2025! Churchill insurance staff guaranteed me the quote ref I gave them came from Go.compare website and I will definitely get my £40 cash back through Top Cash back! In this circumstances, Go Compare website is not user friendly and disturbed the smooth online experiences from ‘ Top Cash Back’ through to ‘Go.Compare’ then to ‘Churchill Plus’ insure website, leaving customer like myself having purchased the car insurance through ‘Top Cash Back’ and ‘Go compare website’ not knowing whether we will get the £40 cash back as promised by Go Compare, causing unnecessary anxiety to customers!

	Zero Stars! I'm not sure why but TCB didn't publish my original eloquent review so here's another that hopefully everyone will see. Don't use Go.Compare if you're factoring in cashback against the total cost of your insurance. At least nine times out of ten, the cashback will be declined for no good reason, as was mine. I've been using TCB for years so I know how to follow all the steps for receiving cashback but still Go.Compare declined. I've only given them one star as it's impossible to give zero. Just to reiterate, DO NOT USE!!

	Trash Company I have done hundreds of transactions successfully, but GoCompare declined my cashback, no idea why, and judging by the many reviews similar to this one, it is not uncommon. I wouldn't bother risking it again.

	Declined despite giving evidence ?? Absolutely disgraceful! Took out car insurance with the AA. Went through Go.compare via TopCashback. As always, it doesn’t track if it’s a decent amount. Put in another claim (have to do this constantly). Gave them all the info (Policy number, amount, date, time). Months later they reject it and I’m sent a cheeky guide that implies it’s MY FAULT. Too many greedy companies that refuse to payout to genuine customers ??????
