TCB good service as usual as I needed to use them to check an untracked purchase. Others have tracked straight away. Haven't received any goods yet so can't vote on "quality of product received". I would have liked it if they had the option of - collect from store - feel it would be quicker service - I would certainly use that option. I will use the store again.

Order shoes and handbags from house of fraser twice and both time they sent wrong shoes size. Went to the store to get a refund and it was the worst experience. Cashback did track but never got paid.

Easy to order online and with a designated delivery date makes life easier. Confirmation update emails were sent and my order was received on the due date via two deliveries and was all packed very neatly. Excellent service!
The only minus was HoF, Sutton Coldfield struggled a little with my returns.
