I had to chase up 2 purchases with HoF as there was no acknowledgement of the purchase. However, Topcashback did waht was necessary and both purchases were honoured.

Very disappointing. HofF is one of my most favourite shops and Ive always enjoyed in shop experiences but my TCB purchases have not tracked and are showing still awaiting response from Retailer. I keep nudging but get nowhere.

Did not track. Transaction was over a year ago and manual claim still awaiting response from retailer... :( Even though it was only a small amount, I'm pretty annoyed cos it means I probably won't shop with them via TCB.

Excellent retailer. Great sale prices and quick delivery. Hope they roll out collection from all stores soon as it is a pain having to pay postage, even though £3 P+P is good value!Tracked within 24 hrs.

Items were as expected but unfortunately the coat had a security tag left on the sleeve so I had to take it to the shop to have the tag removed. This was embarrassing as I felt the shop assistant didn't believe me.
