I placed an order at the beginning of January - no cashback tracked. I put in a request for cashback that Top Cashback are still chasing down... but no sign of it yet. Disappointed. However, have been pleased with other aspects of site operation so suspect it is likely to be the retailer, NOT this site (which I will happily continue to use!)

I made two separate purchases through the topcashback website. However, both transactions did not track. I had to submit a manual claim for each transaction and after a good few months and a few nudges topcashback managed to obtain the money for me. So all's well that ends well!

I purchased a Howick ecru striped robe ( £70) in mid November 2010. Delivery to the store department was swift; however the rob is of very poor quality and after a few days of wearing was in need of stitching. It was a big disappointment.
I am still waiting for the transaction to appear on my cash back account.
