9 times out of 10 there are no problems but every now and again they let themselves down. About time someone got the tracking issue sorted, it’s becoming a pain having to go back and do a claim.

Hermes used to track immediately. The last couple of months I have had to submit a ticket nearly every transaction! Definitely something going wrong.

no longer works, no matter how much i spend the only cashback i get is 2 or 3p, every claim is rejected even though it clearly tracked , but if i spend £30 i still only get 3 pence
