Utterly disgraceful
Three outstanding parcels. One ‘out for delivery’ for 16 days. Two ‘out for delivery for 10 days. Repeated requests for updates ignored. Totally unacceptable. These were birthday presents sent on two day delivery. Still no update or sign of the parcels.

Could be better !
EVRI does not seem to track properly, I ALWAYS have to submit manually via the cashback site, even then the payable amounts are inconsistent, regardless of the amount spent, ..... it's not rocket science, you could and should be able to get it right !

Constantly fails to track my purchase, I always have to submit a claim, and when settled, the payment amounts vary so much, even on multiple identical purchases, now that is just unacceptable !
