I got the cashback but the buyer didn't receive the package which meant that ebay refunded the buyer, I lost the item and the money and now I can't sell anything on ebay without the payment being withheld. I won't use Evri again no matter what cashback is offered.

Not once have i had cashback track i have so many claims waiting and none have been resolved right back to June. Sometime i wonder if its me!

Don't bother. Transactions NEVER track. Hermes used to always track but since it became EVRI it just does not track. Don't waste your time with it.

cashback amounts are usually huge as prices are cheap anyway but no issues tracking and reach payable status really quickly

9 times out of 10 there are no problems but every now and again they let themselves down. About time someone got the tracking issue sorted, it’s becoming a pain having to go back and do a claim.
