The order tracked in Topcashback within minutes. I had to call customer support because I stupidly ordered the wrong colour item, but they were polite and quick! Order cam next day by 9am via DPD who are probably the best courier (I got sent a txt saying exactly when the parcel would arrive). What more could you ask for?!

Have shopped with Evans quite a few times, not always the best on price, shipment is quick, cashback a bonus and has always tracked on time and in full with no issues or prompting required.

I was not pleased with the way my latest order was handled, friendly but not very helpful customer service, in the end I had to wait a week for my products.
Cashback tracked ok mind you which is good.

I've just used the 10% off order over £100 and it's not 10% but £10 off. But I purchaced three items (one being a bike which was over £100) and for each item, £10 was taken off.

It's also worth mentioning that the item of clothing I ordered arrived with a magnetic security tag still attached.
