I have always found evans a pleasure to deal with, It is nice to get paid to use them. Note I found the same item cheaper after placing the order and used the evans price promise to get a partial refund, had no impact on the cashback received. Thought it was a little slow to get paid, but then that is fairly normal for cashback.

They are not the cheapest all the time, but keen pricing on most items. Will price match if needed. Goods turned up quickly.
Their site doesn't track shipments, so once it's ordered and accepted you don't know it' been dispatched until it turns up.

Evans are a reputable retailer and having had a few things from them in the past from small components and accessories up to a complete bike, I have always had great service. The prices are generally well placed in the market and have never had any hint of a problem with the service. The cashback isn't great but as the prices are good anyway it's just a bonus and cashback tracks and is confirmed quickly.
Will continue to use them in future and recommend to others.
