Took 2 months for topcashback to get the money out of them, but can't complain about the service. Goods arrived within the week I ordered them, and with the cashback, much cheaper than anywhere else.

Electrical Discount uk provided an excellent shopping and cashback experience. We were able to get the tumble dryer we wanted more than £120 cheaper than comet. The delivery was exactly as promised. The cashback tracked through to payment extremely quickly. Brilliant all ways round.

Tracked initially, then went to 0 as they had no stock. However after a couple of phone calls and some patience the product was finally delivered 7 weeks after order. The cashback then tracked again without having to be chased.

They didn't turn up to deliver. When we rang them they had lost all trace of our order, although the cashback had tracked. So we had to order again and wait in again for delivery. In all the phone conversations I had with them they were not at all apologetic or helpful. I wouldn't use them again.

Ordered a washer several weeks before Christmas. Rang several times before eventually told it was on order & they were waiting for it to come in. Finally got a call this week (mid Jan) to say we would get it Saturday, but got a phone call on the Friday at work saying payment had to be made immediately or it wouldn't be put on the van. As at work didn't have card to pay, but was told abruptly that they wouldn't wait a few hours until got home to be able to pay. Seems unreasonable they couldn't wait a few hours after all the weeks we'd waited so the order was cancelled. Not impressed.

Considering some of the negative comments by other posters I was pleasantly surprised.
Item I ordered in November 09 was dispatched within 48 hours, cash back tracked within a day and was confirmed by the end of the week with a payable date at end of Jan 2010.

Didn't track and I had to chase them up via this site. The item I ordered wasn't in stock either, but EDUK didn't inform me of this until I had phoned them several times. Delivery was ridiculously slow - 6 weeks from the time of ordering!! (And needed chasing several times) So the prices are good but the service terrible - I won't be buying from them again.

Placed order for Home Cinema because price was good and web site implied free delivery within 48hrs. However after placing order realised that the free delivery actually meant delivery any time within a 48hr period in order to be free. Sent numerous emails enquiring about delivery got no reply to any of them. Also sent several emails requesting order be cancelled also no reply. Cashback has reset to zero so assume order cancelled. Would never use again despite low prices.

Decided to use them after searchig for an oil filled radiator. However was quickly told it was out of stock would be 3 weeks. Thought because of the price it was worth waiting for. After this time had not heard from them so rung and was told end of the week. Gave them an extra week rung back, was told still not in stock, then it was because they were having problems with the supplier, then finally i was told it was discontinued, all within the same conversation. All had been lies. Not impressed, would not recommend them. Ordered it from Tesco Sat Am, arrived Mon AM!!
