I cannot fault my first experience with this retailer. Order tracked overnight and TCB advised me of same via email. Retailer emailed me with order confirmation, delivery/tracking details and full invoice/receipt. Home Delivery Network provided me with accurate delivery slot by SMS. Product well packaged and worked straight out of box. Either I've been very fortunate or some others have been extremely unfortunate!

This transaction tracked AND became Confirmed in a matter of days. Not only that, they were the cheapest retailer for the product I purchased with FREE delivery.
All in all, a very worthwhile visit and a pleasant online shopping experience - ordered, paid for, delivered, and cashback confirmed in just a few days - that's impressive by any standards!

Delivery went ahead without a hitch, and product was far cheaper on this website than anywhere else I had seen the same Hotpoint machine. Really pleased.

Had to submit Missibg Commision Claim and then cashback amount less than expected as they appear to only give cashback on non-VAT amount - this was not mentioned anywhere beforehand.
Have also e-mailed seller twice in an attempt to get an invoice but they haven't responded. Unlikely to use again.

Placed an order for a microwave. After a few days they phoned to say they were out of stock (why wasn't this posted on the website?)and the item would be in at the end of the week/early next week. Then they totally ignored me.
After two weeks I rang the retailer and the item still wasn't in and they couldn't tell me when it would be available. So I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Poor customer service as far as I was concerned.

Item received and EDUK's customer service was great. Item was tracked and reported ok , but upon being payable it went back to £ 0.00. I have submitted a missing claim but am not entirely hopeful. Shame, to spoil what would have been a perfect transaction.

Bought the freezer for my daughter. We e-mailed the company to check on the delivery date/time. Communications from the retailer on the delivery process were prompt and good. Would recommend this company to a friend.

I read some of the negative comments here after submitting my order and started worrying about what I got myself into. Thankfully it all went very smoothly. The appliance ordered was delivered a day earlier but I was called the day before. Delivery took place in the time slot specified and the guys who delivered it were very friendly. The didn't take the packaging away but that wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Their terms state they pay cashback on the full order including VAT. I ordered over £1000 worth of goods @ 5% expecting about £52 cashback. They deducted the VAT, and reduced the % to 4% the day after I placed the order so I was only paid £29. Funnily enough, they increased cashback % a few days later. I put in a claim for incorrect cashback but they responded to TCB with 'correct amount paid'. In many years of membership this is the only time a merchant has acted so underhandedly.

I can't give an overall rating or quality rating as I've only just recently ordered and haven't received the goods yet....and not likely to receive it soon as the retailer neglected to tell me that the cooker I ordered wasn't actually in stock! But my main gripe is that I ordered expecting 7%cashback as was advertised for white goods. The cashback certainly tracked quickly enough, but only at 4%. On every definition I can find a cooker is "white goods", so why do I get the "brown goods" (defined as TVs, HiFi etc) rate of 4%?
I tried to raise a cashback query fro the wrong amount, but I have to state how much I was expecting at 4% - when it should be 7%.
They also neglected to say that it's on the pre-vat amount, but I was half expecting that sort of trick, so no surprise there.
I do hope this is monitored by Topcashback; I know they can't guarantee a payment but at least they should ensure that there's no misleading rates offered.

Cashback tracked within minutes, but that is the only good thing about this retailer.
I called several times before placing the order and got different answers each time. I was told by 3 different advisors that their delivery day for Scotland was Saturday so I placed the order.
I was told I would get an email with details of the delivery on the Friday. All I received was a copy invoice. However this state delivery would be on the Tuesday. Called them again and was told that delivery to Scotland used to be a Tuesday and their system hadn't been updated. I was assured it would definitely be delivered on Saturday.
The item didn't arrive and when I called I was told it was delivered to Dundee on a Saturday, would be transferred to another depot on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. This meant taking a day off work. If I had known I could have ordered from another company who did do Saturday deliveries.
One advisor said delivery would be free despite their website stating delivery to Scotland was £20.
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and I got conflicting and wrong information each time I called.
I certainly wouldn't use this company again even if they were the cheapest.

First class communication with this retailer. They couldn't manage the delivery date due to problems, so they contacted me the day before and rearranged for one day later, following this up with e-mails,with contact telephone numbers etc. They delivered the goods really early on the day regardless of all the snow and bad weather. Really recommend this merchant, and the good first class, varied chose.
