The transaction was slow to appear, but went straight to confirmed. But it is on the pre VAT price. We weren't told this, and nobody else seems to have had this happen. The cashback is £66 when we were expecting £79. Will be contacting the supplier again. Otherwise a really fast delivery of the TV and great contact from the company.

First class service. Ordered an LG washing machine, delivered a few days later. As a direct result of this service, ordered an LG American style fridge/freezer, and this again delivered within the week, with good communication regarding delivery. Will certainly use again if prices continue to be competitive, especially with cashback, items actually in stock and fast delivery

web site was a little slow to respond on moving around but the purchase was easy to find and checkout and delivery procedures were fine. Slight hiotch on delivery day when the courier's details provided were incorrect bu this was put right quickly and delivery proceeded without any hitch.

Tracked quickly but at a lower rate than it should have. But my claim was dealt with and uplifted to payable within three weeks so not bad. Would be interested to hear what the criteria are to get 4.54% as even the upifted amount was only 4.04%.
Has anyone got 4.54?

Prior to ordering a new Bosch Washer Dryer I rang to check the item was in stock and to confirm the delivery day as per their web site. I then ordered this and it came on the day expected. I received confirmation by email on the day I ordered it and also an email the day before delivery with the mobile number of the delivery driver to confirm a time. The driver also rang me back when he was 15 mins away. The service and delivery were excellent as was the price which was lower than anywhere else even without the cashback. My only negative comment is that the cash back is given on the net price not the total paid and this is not stated on the Top Cash details for this company. My cashback is confirmed but as the washer/dryer was only delivered today I have not received my cashback.

I bought a dishwasher from this merchant and it was over a £100 cheaper than Comet, Curry's etc. The order went through on line with no problems and I received an email immediately to confirm this. I was then notified of the delivery date. It arrived at 7.30am on the day of delivery so at least I wasn't hanging around all day. I would certainly use this merchant again.

Very good reliable service at an excellent price. They accepted a late order from me and arranged a quick delivery which was brilliant service . The fridge/freezer had a small dent which I noticed after removing the packaging but as it was an integrated appliance it was hidden behind the cabinet door so I could live with it.
