	Electrical Discount UK will not honour the cashback rate that you see on TopCashBack. They gave me 3% back instead of 4.6%. And they still claim it's correct. The TopCashBack Customer Service team won't help you in such a case.

	Actual product/delivery service was good. However, the cashback experience on which this review is based was poor. I ordered 2 appliances, entered my card details etc and awaited a phone call for delivery. I was called the next day to be told that the LG washer dryer I had ordered was not, after all, in stock and they had no way of knowing if they would get it back in. Fair enough - good to let me know (although I would have preferred the transaction had not gone through in the first instance if not in stock). Possibly because of the refund that took place, my cashback was declined. I submitted a claim and after a few weeks was told that the retailer was not going to pay out. I rang the retailer, apparently this "was not the first time they had had this problem with topcashback", guy on the phone said he would look into it. I had a missed call from the company and rang back - no answer so I left a message - still waiting for them to call me a month or two later. So not sure whose fault it is but they are blaming each other! I would only buy from this company again if they were the cheapest - you can't rely on their cashback.

	Terrible service off this company, they have declined my cashback claim even though I bought through topcashback site. Will never use again and very disappointed with their reason for not paying. I have given them 1 star only because I could not give zero.

	Brought washing machine, however it was delievered, but the driver failed to ring my wife or I or even bothered to pick up his voicemails. We left 3 numbers and he failed to ring any. Now we need to wait another week as they only deliever down south once a week. Cashback went through ultra quickly but 8 days later it has now been declined. Very annoyed and have rang Electrical Discount as I only brought from them as they offered good cashback.

	Cashback was declined: I purchased a bosch dishwasher from Electrical Discount in December 2009, I subsequently lodged a missing cashback claim which I nudged five times over the following years. I have now received this response from topcashback "I can confirm that we have been trying hard to get this pushed through for you but it appears that the retailer is steadfast in declining all of our submissions that they receive from us with regards to this transaction. TopCashback
	When I found the price of the items I was looking for everything looked great. The web site was easy to use and the transaction registered on Topcashback immediately. However, I got a call the next day from the retailer saying that despite showing as in stock they actually had no stock but more was expected within the week. I then chased once a week for 5 weeks and always got the same story. Then searching for another retailer to order with I found that EDUK were again advertising stock but a much higher price. When I called them to ask if my order had been despatched they told me that my order had been cancelled off their system. Nobody had told me this and we can all deduce the reason why. I would strongly advise against using this retailer.

	The most useless online retailer I have had the misfortune to deal with. They talk forever and fail to deliver on every single promise. Most of their sales advisers can't spell or string an intelligent sentence together, Suffice to say I have registered a case with consumer direct and the Dept of Trade and Industry.

	Never received even after manual claim. TCB were quite unhelpful so back to another cashback site for me where I have never missed cashback.

	still waiting for £14.62 cashback on freezer and tumble dryer bought last september, it tracked but never paid - avoid if the cashback makes them cheaper than next best supplier!!!

	Tracks quickly but at pre-vat value therefore received approx £6 less than expected - but still a good deal. Would have thought Topcashback would be aware of this & highlight same.

	I ordered a cooker from them prior to the VAT increase at the beginning of January. I received an email stating that the cooker was out of stock and should be in stock by the end of January. That is the last I have heard from them. I had and have no intention of chasing them. If this is how they treat their customers, I will certainly not be giving them my money, even if it costs me more to go elsewhere. Dreadful customer service.

	Fantastic, Found the appliance from here cheaper than anywhere else. paid for it and they rang me 5 minutes later to arrange delivery which was 2 days. great delivery driver, really honest and trustworthy, cashback tracked straight away and made payable within weeks. I'll be shopping here again

	AVOID don't waste your time or money. I had a faulty Samsung LCD Tv and they took 2wks to collection it. They then tried to flog me off to Samsung and it was not until I threatened Trading Standards did I get my refund. The claimed there was nothing wrong with sound but yet the speakers were bust.
