Cashback not honored - Avoid
Cashback Declined on a £3,000 Purchase — Extremely Disappointing
Very disappointing experience with Electrical Discount UK through TopCashback.
I specifically made my £3,000 TV purchase through TopCashback because of the cashback being offered. I am a long-term TopCashback user and followed exactly the same process I have successfully used many times before, yet the cashback was ultimately declined by Electrical Discount UK, costing me over £100.
I am confident the purchase was tracked correctly and I met the required conditions. Despite raising a claim, EDUK refused to honour the cashback.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the cashback offer formed part of my decision to purchase from them in the first place. I have since seen comments from other customers reporting similar experiences, which is concerning.
Unfortunately, the TV itself also developed a major fault after just 43 days and my overall experience with Electrical Discount UK has been extremely poor.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not factoring the advertised cashback into the price when deciding whether to purchase from Electrical Discount UK. If it pays, consider it a bonus — because I certainly wouldn't rely on receiving it.
I regret choosing EDUK for this purchase and would not use them again.

Did not honour cashback payment!! AVOID
I have used Top Cash Back (TCB) to buy through for 20 years so I know how the cashback tracking system works fully. I have never bought from Electrical Discount UK but as their cash back offer of 6.37% through TCB would pay me just over £30 cash back I decided for this reason to buy from them as they had the Bosch washing machine I wanted in stock. They did not honour the transaction telling TCB I had not come via that method. 100% I know I did place the order via TCB (having seen it had tracked ok) but will never do business with this dishonest company again ever! I am extremely unhappy that Electrical Discount UK do not pay up when soliciting new business via cashback sites - do not trust them go elsewhere is my recommendation. Hence 1 Star for lousy business practice.

web site was a little slow to respond on moving around but the purchase was easy to find and checkout and delivery procedures were fine. Slight hiotch on delivery day when the courier's details provided were incorrect bu this was put right quickly and delivery proceeded without any hitch.
