I cannot fault this company at all, ordereda a machine, wasnt in stock but offered an alternative for a lower price but it was a better spec. Delivered at 8am today. Highly recommended

Absolute disgrace!Avoid like the plague ordered tv everything went fine then got a phone call the next day telling me if i wanted tv i needed to give them an extra £100!!Even though they had the wrong deal on their site and they admitted it was their error - i would not recommend!!

Bit of an issue with the delivery. They delivered to the billing not the delivery address which meant we stayed in for nothing and had to cancel the plumber. Then when it did arrive it was one bloke in a van so i had to help him get the machine out of his van. Currys on the other hand turned up in a proper lorry with lift, two staff, right address, right day and right time.

Ordered a range style Belling cooker on 9 October. Delivered fine as promised a week later, delivery driver having called to say he was an hour away.
However, cash back has never registered so looks like I can kiss goodbye to £44! Very annoyed.

I purchased a freezer for cheapest price I could find on the net. I was phoned to arrange delivery they seem to deliver once a week for each area. I went for following week, phoned up day before to get drivers mobile to find out delivery time and we arranged 6.30am in morning! Good personal service would definitely use again. Cashback quick as well.

i recently ordered a washing machine for my father and he was told to expect delivery on friday 4th april before 12pm but after waiting in all day it never turned up. he eventually phoned up and was told that they don't deliver on any day other than a thursday! so when they say 3-10 days delivery, they should really say the 1st or 2nd thursday after order date. also, my father was told that "we don't phone customers to arrange delivery, that's upto you to phone us". i feel this defeats the object of supplying 2 contact phone numbers. i told my father to cancel and i found him a better deal elsewhere. we would never use electrical discount uk again and urge others to avoid them.

Good price and quick delivery but not so impressed with the service after I had placed the order: they miss keyed
my credit card details, the transaction failed but they did not inform me anything was wrong, eventually I phoned and got them to try the transaction again. This delayed the order by several days. Also had to manually claim cashback.
