order took a long time to arrive, tried to change address on website kept throwing me out, tried by phone no good either,delivery was a present for nephews birthday but arrived too late. cashback not worth the effort really be better off going to the store , dont think i would order anything online from them again.

Went into the 'pending' area within hours. Debenhams have taken a bit of a knock recently re their website and customer services, but the signs are they're picking up. Not so very happy with the suit I've just ordered though - if this is Jasper J Conran's idea of a 'luxury' suit he's lost the plot. Probably went fishing and left the janitors in charge.
