Very poor experience
I ordered over £150 worth of goods of which a few were out of stock and had to be removed or swapped for similar goods - consequently the total was £10 less but no cashback was paid at all. So I had half the stuff I wanted and dispute manual claims and repeated nudges NO CASHBACK

Tracking on TCB was very quick. Used another cashback (Q)site to purchase another item at the same time, and they have already received the funds ready to pay me. On TCB its still showing as pending.

If Debenhams were the last company on earth, I still would NEVER, NEVER buy from them again. I had to send back an item I ordered as it was faulty, that was over a month ago, and I still have not had the amount refunded to my credit card, despite the fact that they say they have received it. I've 'phoned them about 4 times, lodged a complaint, and I'm still waiting. I should've known better, before I bought the item I tried ringing the closest branch, and no would pick up the phone, it just kept ringing out. NEVER AGAIN!

Great site with bargains in outlet section with reductions up to70%. Quick delivery, some items delivered next day by courier. Cashback tracked very quickly, always within 24hrs of ordering.
