Really quick delivery. Purchase tracked and confirmed within a couple of days. Great service. Pity the coffee machine isn't working properly but there is no problem exchanging it for another one.

Fast tracking, quick delivery. Only drawback is that returns are expected to be taken to a Debenhams store, somewhat defeating the object of online shopping. Though I must add that a phone no. option is available, presumably if going to the store is impossible.
