very disappointed with debenhams. i ordered my xmas shopping as i didnt have time to visit store. however, the items were sent in a simple plastic bag and a small amount of bubble wrap. The tin of biscuits had a large dent in the side and one item was completely smashed. I have had to visit the store anyway to return the items and replace them in person as i dont trust waiting for a second delivery with so little time before xmas.
