	As with most, not happy as Carphone Warehouse declined cashback. Not sure where the 99.6% positive feedback somes from. Definately a fiddle there. Also I had a poor experience with the company itself, as arranged for a delivery to store, and was told I could not pick it up as I did not have the purchasing credit card on me. I had other valid id, and nowhere on my paperwork did it ask for this, the transaction was already complete.

	Incompetence and lie - that is what I can say about CPW. My phone died when I left it charging overnight. It was accepted by CPW local shop. However, soon after that, I received the report saying it was water damaged. The report was poorly written, showing low-quality small spot somewhere, which made a "highly qualified engineer" make assumption I dropped it into the water. I tried to speak with CPW customer support so they could explain this report to me. The response was rather arrogant and rude. I was occused of opening the phone (not even my brand). By having such response, I reported the problem to manufacturer directly and, oh miracle, the phone was repaired for free. The manufacturer confirmed there was no water damage at all. And, btw, the cashback was refused, too...

	Declined my cashback for a new phone contract, awarded me £3 instead of £31 promised. Clearly a correct claim as it was registered on the site & got the £3, and it is a 2 year contract, so can easily be checked & confirmed. Poor information from Carphone Warehouse. Be wary if the cashback is the reason you are choosing them. Also, I have had a peculiar experience with them before, as I ordered & paid for an item online before, only to have difficulty picking it up from store as I did not have the purchasing credit card on me, (had other id & website receipt did not mention needing the card to collect)

	Disappointed as I had cashback now its decline after three days.... very disappointed most probably won't buy through them again nor will I recommend... I'm hoping I just go the friday afternoon service on the cashback side of things and other people have a better experience

	These people don't pay cashback, tracked, pending all fine then declined. I bought 2 PAYG blackberry's the cashback tracked fine then today just went to confirmed at "0" thinking of putting a claim but after my experience with talk talk I reckon Carphone warehouse just operate this way. If you can find what you want somewhere else I recommend you do that, their in-store customer service is pretty poor too.I can never figure out why young people that work in mobile phone shops all behave as if they run the world!! Anyway rant over!

	Carphone Warehouse were offering £70 cashback for an iPhone purchase as a promotional rate from the usual £50. This extra £20 influenced my decision to purchase from them instead of O2 as, over the term of the contract this extra £20 swung the balance in their favour. However, the cashback tracked at £50 and 3 months on, I'm still waiting for Carphone Warehouse and Top Cashback to correct this. This seems to be false advertising and doesn't reflect well on either of the companies here with my trust in both considerably diminished. If your decisions are based on value over the term of the contract, don't purchase from Carphone Warehouse as they don't seem to back up their cashback promises with the cash they suggest. Top Cash back also seem to be rather powerless to retrieve this money on my behalf. I won't be purchasing from them again.

	Purchased 2 Archos Tablets with the promise of £15 cashback each which has not been fulfilled, instead all i got was just over a quid for each. Beware of carphonewarehouse!!!!!

	Don't believe the offers. I have to open a claim as it hadn't appeared a week after the purchase. This was resolved by Top Cashback. Carphone warehouse then changed the amount payable to £0, have another claim open against them. Carphone Warehouse just ain't worth the hassle, no matter how much they promise 'cos you won't get it!

	Like many others on Top Cask Back, very poor experience with carphone warehouse. Cashback tracked initially, became payable today at £0! not happy. Not to mention the very poor customer service I have had with carphone warehouse. Will not be using them again! PS. also used Mobiles.co.uk (carphone warehouse company) and had to submit a non tracked request. Don't hold much hope with either of these payments.

	Disappointed to only receive £60.60 when advertised at £80.80 on the date of purchase. Item tracked at £40.40 until confirmed, but I read the TopCashBack help information and it said that sometimes items track lower until they are confirmed, so I left it. As confirmation took over 3 months, by the time it was confirmed at £60.60 it was too late to follow up the claim! Very disappointed as I only took this deal because the extra £20 it promised ensured it was the best around.

	I ordered a phone with Carphone Warehouse back in December. The purchase tracked but a month later disappeared. I have the phone, contract and reference numbers along with the correspondence relating to the purchase. This was all passed onto Top Cashback but they refused to acknowledge it. I wouldn't use them again as they used false incentives and promises for my business and then failed to honour these after I signed up to them. There customer service also very poor and trying to speak to their call centre, well prepare yourself for an hour on hold and then being passed from one department to another until they cut you off. Avoid at all costs.

	Carphone Warehouse have declined my claim of £30.30 for new & upgrades to the Iphone 5s. Lodged a missing cash back claim, so i'll see what happens.
