	Ordered an iPhone last November. Tracking did not register this at all...but did pick up the cheap cover I got in the same order! Expected £70 for iPhone deal but got nothing. Raised customer care note back in December but this has now been waiting with Carphone Warehouse for 6mths (even though another nudge was sent by TopCashback in April). Overall happy with TopCashback response, but very unhappy with Carphone Warehouse!

	These people don't pay cashback, tracked, pending all fine then declined. I bought 2 PAYG blackberry's the cashback tracked fine then today just went to confirmed at "0" thinking of putting a claim but after my experience with talk talk I reckon Carphone warehouse just operate this way. If you can find what you want somewhere else I recommend you do that, their in-store customer service is pretty poor too.I can never figure out why young people that work in mobile phone shops all behave as if they run the world!! Anyway rant over!

	originally tracked at£0 but once I commented TCB the correct money was tracked , confirmed and payable within a week! also the goods from CPW were fantastic!!!! will use again

	Carphone Warehouse were offering £70 cashback for an iPhone purchase as a promotional rate from the usual £50. This extra £20 influenced my decision to purchase from them instead of O2 as, over the term of the contract this extra £20 swung the balance in their favour. However, the cashback tracked at £50 and 3 months on, I'm still waiting for Carphone Warehouse and Top Cashback to correct this. This seems to be false advertising and doesn't reflect well on either of the companies here with my trust in both considerably diminished. If your decisions are based on value over the term of the contract, don't purchase from Carphone Warehouse as they don't seem to back up their cashback promises with the cash they suggest. Top Cash back also seem to be rather powerless to retrieve this money on my behalf. I won't be purchasing from them again.

	Made a purchase in January, expecting £60 cashback. Tracked but at £0 and instantly went to payable. Raised claim with topcashback and carphone warehouse are still yet to reply. So far no cashback for me - avoid!

	I was delighted with the service from carphone warehouse. There was know problems with phone or order it was very quick,however the cashback was a problem i had to request it again through topcash i did get the money back so thanks .

	Cashback offer eventually came good, after quite a bit of chasing over 5 months. Initially tracked then went to zero. Sent a number of nudges to no effect. However after just one email to Carphone Warehouse they sorted my claim and I am now £80.80 better off. Thanks - perseverance paid off.

	Purchased 2 Archos Tablets with the promise of £15 cashback each which has not been fulfilled, instead all i got was just over a quid for each. Beware of carphonewarehouse!!!!!

	how do i claim the upgrade cashback online? when i select a phoen upgrade on the SPW website it just asks for bank info, doesnt ask for existing tel no.

	Ordered a new contract phone which arrived a day late and after the delivery time stated, contacted customer services to find out where it was and 2 days later stilll waiting for a reply!! Glad the phone finally turned up on its own! Cashback seems to be tracking correctly and well.

	Good price. Good promotional cashback offer on various cashback sites. Speedy delivery. Cashback offer did not track correctly initially but as Quidco had a slightly better short-term offer cashback rate, then I submitted a claim (with screenprints) under the guarantee which TCB handled very well. Just waiting for the payout in a few weeks now. Top marks to CPW for the offer & to TCB for honouring their guarantee so promptly.
