	Not the easiest site to navigate and last time I used Boots, I kept getting an error message and ended up having to phone my order in, so of course I couldn't get cashback for a large order, over £100, so not a happy bunny. Previously when ordering health products I had no problems, tracked and payable quickly. One star for last purchase, five previously, so three stars overall.

	This was a great deal:- 2x Sonic toothbrushes at 1/2 RRP (£44.99 each instead of £ 90 each). On arriving at the Boots site, discovered that there was a code for an extra 10% if spending more than £ 80. Added some spare heads to bring over the £ 80 (there was £ 5 off rrp on these and the 10% also counted here). Delivered to local pharmacy store for free. £ 1.81 cashback registered immediately. Also £ 3.56 of Boots Advantage points. Net cost therefore £ 84.60 vs RRP of £ 204.97. Other retailers also had the same items at half RRP but not with the additional savings.

	Didn't track so no cashback. Very disappointing as all other merchant purchases tracked successfully.

	Cashback not tracked on two separate transactions. Cashback declined on two separate occasions. Not happy; don't bother trying to get cashback from Boots through TCB.

	I agree with Nat22. They've wriggled out of paying me, even though it was a legitimate Topcashback transaction. They have also made a mistake and deducted points from my Advantage total, which I definitely haven't spent and won't re-instate. Be VERY careful with dealing with them.

	Household name, excellent range of products, great offers. Cashback tracked and paid out fast!

	Tracked within 20 mins of purchase, service itself for in-store collection was excellent. Great merchant and great experience!

	After logging a claim and waiting for three months, cashback has been refused as Topcashback was apparently "not identified as the last referrer to this transaction". I have no idea what this means, apart from Boots decided not to pay the cashback that was promised. So beware when purchasing from Boots on-line. Topcashback did their very best to chase it up for me though.

	Don't waste your time here - cash back claims take months to process, after which they're declined. Something is either not set-up well between Top Cashback and Boots, or perhaps either of the sides is not keen on honoring their promises...

	Please note my last review i only gave 5 stars to Top Cashback's service NOT to Boots as they don't pay up! Not sure why it shows as me rating Boots as 5 stars?!

	Sadly Boots have declined cashback despite all the criteria being met, no discount codes used and none of the items were returned.

	First order went through and the cashback never registered, then the same happened on the 2nd order so put in a missing cashback form, didn't take long to sort out and the cashback was payable straight away. As for Boots, the order came within time limit given.

	Did spent £270.00 and it trak fast but in the end they Declined cashback, I did look at reasons why it could be Declined but none of them could be reason for my order did not use any discount did not return anything back. Also on delivery box was damaged and 1 item was missing. I did order before from boots a 2 - 3 times and all went fine with cash back and deliveries. verry disappointed with service this time. I clam cashback again I hope they put it back.

	As a user of tcb for several years I have to say Boots always pay up. your cash tracks swiftly and is correct. Get cashback in confidence!

	Appear to have started to reject cashback, did not return any products. Perhaps it was because they had an extra points week - but I did not use any codes.

	Had to submit missing cashback claim to told that Boots have rejected the claim as "topcashback were not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" and refused to pay. Do not use this site if you are relying on cashback, as it seems to be a hit amd miss payout. This has now happened three times - have never received cashback from Boots

	Waste of time ordering from Boots through Top cashback. Transaction didn't track, processed claim then after 9 months Boots rejected the claim as "topcashback were not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" and refused to pay.
