	Switched to LookFantastic as Boots don't pay out Recently switched all my toiletries and beauty to LookFantastic as they stock mostly the same range, free delivery and actually honour the cashback offered. Currently have 4 open claims with Boots - one which is almost a year old - all sitting as 'waiting on retailer'. Don't waste your time contacting Boots directly either. They just tell you to go through Topcashback

	Don't hold your breath. Still waiting for 7 claims to process, all of which have had to be claimed via customer service. Oldest claim 30.11.24, Topcashback submitted on 30.03.25, after 120 day validation period. Almost 5 months later, still nothing.

	Appalling retailer I had to wait 10 months before I even got any money back and that was because Cashback actually stepped in and gave me the cash and not Boots themselves.

	Awful Cashback Experience In my opinion, this is one of the worst retailers on the Topcashback site. When a transaction doesn’t track they impose a 45 day ‘validation’ process before the claim is even submitted. And then the wait continues - apparently up to 3 months. Still waiting on a response on a transaction dated 15th April. If a company wants to part in this type of promotional activity - which undoubtedly drives sales traffic - then they should have sufficient resources to address any ‘tracking’ errors that may occur within a timely manner. Boots need to do better!

	Quick Payout Really quick and easy payout. It didn't track properly so raised a claim and it was accepted, paid out in a few weeks.

	Boots I use boots all the time for all my toiletries , cosmetics and medical needs because it has a good assortment of choice at a good price with many special deals

	Infrequent Tracking I’ve got four missing cashback claims open with Boots right now, and one is 10 months old! I wouldn’t mind how rarely my purchases track with them (yet seem to be fine with nearly every other merchant) if they paid claims promptly!

	The wait continues - Oct 2024 purchase Purchase in October 2024, was on ice for a while and then submitted to network in Feb 2025. Nothing heard so far. Sent monthly nudges. Absolutely useless - will be the sweetest £6 I've earned...although who wants to bet they will reject it

	It never tracks My purchases never seem to track, I have 5 open claims with Boots, the oldest was 10 MONTHS ago. So they are slow to deal with claims too.

	Prompt payment Paid out a few weeks after the purchase, no issues with tracking either. A rare good retailer on this site - most don't track and don't pay!

	They don't pay Never received cash back for large order placed in December. Just came back to check on the progress of my query on it and I see the ticket has been closed and deleted too.

	Rarely tracks, have to raise a customer's service ticket Cashback rarely tracks, usually have to raise a ticket and wait ages for a response. If you place a large order, raising a ticket takes AGES as you have to enter each item one at a time. It's a faff, probably not worth the extra clicks to attempt to get cashback.

	Unnecessary delays to Cashback Two orders placed in 2024. Still no word on the Cashback that I'm expecting and its now July 2025. The first order was made more than 8 months ago. Don't rely on any cashback expected from Boots.

	Been waiting since before Christmas I made 2 orders at boots before Christmas, quite big orders think I should be receiving bout £30sh in cashback. Been chasing ever since and still nothing, it’s July 1st 2mo. Topcashback doing nothing to help either
