Every single transaction didn't track
Spent over £100 on one transaction and they didn't give me the cash back which meant I also didn't get the bonus I activated. On top of that I've had constant issues with boots delivering damaged items and sometimes items are missing and you have to wait a month before they send. Won't be buying from Boots again.

I use topcashback.co.uk quite often and only Boots keeps declining my shopping. I use the website instead of the application, as advised.

Need to chase!
Second time it was necessary to raise complaint about amount received. Value of order was reduced and so was payout. Its wrong that advertised amounts can only be gained by chasing and waiting.

Issues with tracking
4 transactions failed to track. I had to raise a claim on them all. I did get the cashback in the end, but it was lucky that I noticed they didn't track. It was quite a bit of money to lose. Also, it's not very clear what you cannot get cashback on. For instance, I bought a large bottle of perfume and when I queried the lack of tracking, I was told they do not pay out on Dior products.

Absolutely a time wasting exercise!
I have to put in a claim every single time i make a purchase which is at least once a week! its small amounts, but they do add up, so its a pain in the posterior that i have to go in and manually place a claim on the cashback, EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!!
Come on Boots, sort yourselves out for goodness sake!

Uphill Struggle
Over the Christmas and New Year I made three purchases, my first experience of shopping online with Boots. The cashback on offer at the time was fairly generous.
However, none of the transactions tracked even though all conditions were met.
In each instance it was necessary to raise a claim.
They have now finally paid out on all of them.

I shop at least twice a month at Boots. I removed the app from my phone last year so the Topcashback link didn’t default to the app instead of the website. Still no cashback is ever paid.
