	Cashback NEVER tracks! I have used Topcashback for Boots dozens of times and it has never tracked once. Each time I have had to raise a claim, which has been efficiently dealt with by the topcashback team....many thanks for their time and effort.

	Refused to honour cashback, without providing a reason Simply stating "Although we can see that you have clicked through Topcashback....No commission is due to TopCashback for this order." No explanation whatsoever. Very disappointing outcome from a renowned and apparently reputable high street retailer and brand.

	Good service It was easy to do with Topcashback doing everything for me. Just ordered in the same way online from boots and picked up my parcel from the shop. Then received cashback a few weeks later.

	Usual poor service from Boots I eventually got the combined cashback for 3 transactions made in April. First Boots puts the transaction son ice for months, then no cashback is applied so had to get TopCashback to investigate. After numerous nudges to Topcashback they eventually sorted it out when I asked what was going on. 4 months to get £2.19. Why is Boots allowed to get away with this? I will always pursue this as Boots shouldn't be allowed to get away with it

	Never ever had cashback from Boots I shop with Boots.com most weeks, always via Topcashback. Despite deleting the app & trying a different browser, the cashback never tracks hence 1* review. There should be an option for 0*.

	Cash Back from Boots I simply ordered some night cream from Boots! It was delivered in time and Top cash back are paying me, so that gives me a bigger discount! Win win all round??

	Every single transaction didn't track Spent over £100 on one transaction and they didn't give me the cash back which meant I also didn't get the bonus I activated. On top of that I've had constant issues with boots delivering damaged items and sometimes items are missing and you have to wait a month before they send. Won't be buying from Boots again.

	Boots declined every transaction I use topcashback.co.uk quite often and only Boots keeps declining my shopping. I use the website instead of the application, as advised.

	Need to chase! Second time it was necessary to raise complaint about amount received. Value of order was reduced and so was payout. Its wrong that advertised amounts can only be gained by chasing and waiting.
