	Takes a long time. It can take upto 12 weeks to pay out. That's if they pay out at all. I've got a claim ongoing at the moment and that's been over three months

	TopCashback stepped in I purchased from Boots via TopCashback in September 2024. The corresponding cash back didn’t show, therefore, after the required period, I queried its whereabouts. After patiently waiting again, this time for Boots’ very lengthy timescales to play out, TopCashback had still not heard that my cash back would be honoured, so in February 2025 TopCashback credited my account with the missing funds.

	Decent cashback but slow to pay Sometimes orders don't track but when they do it's a decent amount of cashback. A bit slow to pay out but worth the effort.

	Never Tracks 4 orders in a row have not tracked, never have issues with any other retailers and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one.

	Multiple transactions not tracked Multiple transactions not tracked. I don’t seem to be having this problem with other retailers. Just Boots. On top of that my claim is on ice as Topcashback have to wait 120 days.
