	Never tracks I have had to submit claims nine times in the last 12 months, six of the claims are still waiting for a response. I am not sure why Boots is still on TCB

	Something's changed... the last 3 purchases ive had problems. 2 didnt track at all, and the last one didnt track the correct value. these seem to be new issues as ive been buying the usual stuff from boots for ages now.

	Still waiting - October 2024 claim Submitted my cashback on 7 October 2024...still waiting. For a huge £6 cashback. Why is boots on this platform.

	Cashback never tracks As title, I always have to raise a support ticket and wait months, as the cashback never tracks automatically. Hugely frustrating, as their website is also clunky and awful, and I only persist for saving money, but it's rarely worth it in terms of time spent chasing/struggling with the website vs money saved.

	Extremely Slow Whenever I use the link for Boots, it never shows in my earnings list and I always have to submit a claim and then give it a nudge. It is extremely slow in paying out but isi does usually, the last payment I received was in March for an order placed in August the previous year a time span of 7 months

	Don't even bother Three cashback fails in over six months. Didn't even track so I had to follow-up and all still waiting for retailer to action. Waste of time. Had to leave one star to submit, but wouldn't even award that

	Get them off the platform until they can honour the cashback Have bought 4 times in the last 6 months and had to manually log each claim as they don't automatically add. All of them now sitting as 'with retailer'. Pointless them being on here if they don't pay out or even engage when questioned

	Since last few months no longer tracks cashback on any device Boots are a good retailer, and I use them often, but since last few months they no longer track cashback on any device. Claims do not work, Do not rely on getting cashback with boots anymore. Disappointing.

	Boots never honour cashback unless I put in a claim I always have to put in a claim for my cashback with Boots -- and the claim is always successful but takes weeks to process. Only once in the several years that I have been using Topcashback has Boots given me the earned cashback without having to put in a claim. I follow all the rules and my claims are always successful. It is very annoying to have to go through the claims process every time and wait many weeks for the cashback to be honoured. I never have problems with any other retailer. I am a dedicated Boots shopper and this is so annoying

	Never cash back I have six more missing claim orders waiting for rebate. None of them received any feedback from Boots since November. I believe this promotion is a scam.

	I’ve given up with Boots and cashback Boots purchases almost always do not track. Claims made for missing cashback take months. I’ve given up expecting any cashback from this retailer utterly pointless

	Missing product, refunds and then declines cashback Not impressed with Boots. They mess up and fail to deliver an item, they refuse to send the item, instead, proceed to refund a small amount which results in all cashback being declined for a large order. Will think twice before bothering doing large cashback orders with Boots - terrible communication and action.

	Did not track- still waiting 5 months on Ridiculous to be waiting this long. Christmas gift didn’t track and TopCashback told me they had to wait 4 months before even submitting- now I have to wait another 3 months before they’ll respond. Are they hoping people will just forget if they don’t respond?!

	Would not recommend! This is not a transaction that I had an eligible item for tracking, however I have another that I have had to submit a claim for. Items from Boots do not track automatically. You have to go via customer services, then a claim is submitted months later to Boots! It is the worst company to track that i have dealt with...so much so, that I have not even bothered submitting subsequent claims. I am not sure why it continues to be on TopCashback.

	Boots Boots are the only retailer that never seems to track, then you have to wait many months filing a ticket. After waiting 6 months, I sent a letter to Top cashback, by return they had paid it to me and closed the case.

	Cash back never seems to track Over the last year I've had several boots purchases which haven't tracked,gave up seeking customer support as can't be bothered waiting months ,however,I made a purchase to enable a £2 bonus from tcb,but once again it's not tracked ,so not only do i miss cashback but also bonus. Really think TCB shouldn't bother With Boots anymore,feel sorry for staff having to keep chasing up missing cashback
