	Never Tracks 4 orders in a row have not tracked, never have issues with any other retailers and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one.

	Multiple transactions not tracked Multiple transactions not tracked. I don’t seem to be having this problem with other retailers. Just Boots. On top of that my claim is on ice as Topcashback have to wait 120 days.

	£75 purchase - refused to pay out Their explanation was that it did not appear I had used Topcashback to make the purchase, but I had the precise information I had noted at the time of the purchase, which I submitted to Topcashback. In the end Topcashback reimbursed me, which was very much appreciated.

	Hit or miss cashback Use Boots regularly and always through Topcashback but they are the worst company at paying and declining cashback - never know if I will get the cashback and regularly have to go through customer services to claim and this is often denied even though there is proof of the purchase provided.

	Extremely poor I purchased more than 5 times in 2024 via Topcashback website, but I got ZERO cashback from them. After several claims, I got nothing still. I believed that the percentage of cashback about Boots is just a scam.

	Tracks easily and quickly Easy to use, tracks quickly, a good cash back amount. No issues. Would recommend. Could be a higher cash back amount, but every penny helps so happy to use and receive cashback for my shopping.

	Cashback Never Tracks Last two purchases from Boots have not tracked. I have lodged a missing cash back claim but this has been put 'on ice' for 120 days.

	Not great Cashback never seems to track for this retailer, and I always have to chase it up. I use Boots a lot and think they way they deal with cashback is inadequate. They are also slow to deal with it when you chase the cashback.

	120 days validation period in case of non-tracked purchase My purchases have been successfully tracked for years, so I can tell how well they went before. However, in case the purchase is not being properly tracked, this is what I got from the system: "Your Missing Cashback Claim has been put 'On Ice', as the merchant in which you are claiming against imposes a validation period of 120 days.". 120 days before they would actually submit the claim, and that is not to say it will be tracked and paid after that 120 days. Now, I know that whenever I can get a similar cashback by purchasing gift cards, I will never do this kind of cashback again. It is almost like a scam.
