Disappointed
Took 3 months for them to decline on two separate occasions. Boots site was problematic. Other retailers offer a far better experience and actually honour their cashback

Boots never, and I mean never ever track! Every single time I have to make manual claims. I only bother becasue the cashback rate is usually quite generous for old accounts. Sort it out BOOTS. Please.

Avoid like the plague. After 6 months they have declined my cash back with no explanation. I fulfilled the criteria and purchased from them in good faith (and spent a LOT of money). Would never buy from them again.
