Cashback hardly ever tracks automatically, nearly always have to chase it up. They do tend to honour cashback when a claim is put in though.

I had to put a claim in when I spent £140 on Christmas presents and cosmetics. Boots declined once again saying my purchases weren’t eligible. If I could give a no star review I would.
