	Another big brand that no longer wants to pay out It seems to be happening more and more often, companies that used to pay out with no trouble now seem reluctant to do so. Boots is the latest of these to decline cashback on an order of nearly £200. It's very disappointing.

	BOOTS Cashback never tracks I purchase at Boots often. I always click through Topcashback first. I have never had a Boots transaction automatically track over dozens of orders, ever. Sometimes after a claim I get awarded, other times I don't. It's a gamble.

	Cashback now declined on most transactions Used to track and pay with no issues. The last 6 months, however, pretty much every transaction with Boots has been declined. Have given up disputing these and now no longer bother with this retailer. A common theme is that they class an order containing a couple of the same items as a 'bulk' order and therefore exempt from cashback. Rubbish!

	Boots not recording purchases The last 3 times I've ordered through boots through topcashback they haven't shown up in my account. No declined or anything just never tracked at all. I've had to lodge 3 missing cashback claims. I've met the criteria every time and its never tracked.

	Brilliant cashback rate There was a £2.00 bonus payable and I needed a few items from Boots so I placed an order. The cashback rate was also really good. Very pleased with the service.

	Cashback Declined I always use a different browser when buying anything via TCB, and clear all cookies on exiting. Most of my transactions track just fine. But a recent purchase from Boots has didn't track and my missing cashback report has been declined. If you are buying anything from Boots, then it is worth going through TCB, but don't chose Boots just because they offer cashback. Cashback is a bonus, but is never guaranteed.

	Bad Service Dreadful website and twice now have had to chase up cashback. The first time, Top Cashback paid it themselves as Boots refused for no good reason. Who knows what will happen this second time? A great firm that is being screwed over by seriously poor management.
