With so much choice these days,I find shopping too overwhelming so buying online makes perfect sense. To save on delivery, I opted to collect in store (at my convenience)

Cashback awaiting confirmation. My actual experience with boots was not very good. When I collected what I ordered, the sales assistant never gave a smile once. There were multiple packages to my order and she was only going to give me one when I queried it. She then went off twice to find the other one, initially saying it wasn't there. She then eventually found it after about half an hour of waiting and never once offered an apology! I ordered online to save me time. Shouldn't have bothered!
