Waited months to told that Boots have rejected the claim as "topcashback were not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" and refused to pay.

Waited over a year with prompts to TCB without any cashback paid. Finally a credit appeared but I believe this was for a later purchase. Very slow at "paying" - they hope you forget.

BEWARE!!! My order got cancelled repeatedly because it "failed some internal checks". CS couldn't tell me, what the problem was. I suspect the reason is, that I went through TCB. Never had any problems with my CC and I tried Paypal too. I will never find out as after the 3rd attempt to order from Boots, they closed my account altogether...
Take your business elsewhere!

I placed a large order with Boots.
Had problems with the courier. Contacted customer services, used the call back service and they never called back.
Eventually the courier delivered.
Half of the items were not delivered as they were out of stock (yet i was still allowed to place the order!)and had half of my money refunded due to non stock items.
After waiting months and months and months, Boots then decided that my transaction was not eligible for cashback, not even on the part of the order that was delivered.
Overall, disappointed in every aspect of the transaction.

I have had 2 poor experiences where cashback has not been paid by Boots, on both occasions they have blamed this on the use of other sites/search engines as the reason for non payment of cashback, this has not been the case as I have not had problems with cashback from other suppliers.

The cash back tracked quickly but was considerably lower than it should have been so i have had to lodge claims to tey and get the correct amount. This seems to be happening a lot with Top Cash back - the amount advertised is not what you get.

So so slow to pay out after 4 months its still pending, I have noticed this on both my transactions.So unless price is worth it I would not just use them base on cashback as its so small a value.

Well this is the first time I've ordered online, didnt spend enough to get free delivery to home but free delivery to a local Boots which I thought was great as we have 2 really close to my home. How wrong was I, item was supposed to have been ready for collection Friday, still waiting for the final email to say ready for collection. Called the store, nothing there. Today Wednesday I finally have emails from Boots to say they have refunded me following my return, hello I've never received anything let alone returned it, shocking service, store collect is a total joke and clearly didnt work for me.

Yet again I've ordered items from Boots and no cashback tracked. Normally I don't bother chasing simply because the £amount is so small but I shall this time just to go through the process. TCB should really deal with this as a matter of urgency as it's ridiculous offering cashback that never tracks. As for the different categories of % applied for cashback that's something else that TCB should address, totally ridiculous when customers orders cover a multitude of the sub categories.

Always go throug topcashback when purchasing howeve Boots never tracks the spend. Had to send a nudge for purchase made in December 2011! Terrible at tracking.

The order was not ready when I went to collect. They emailed me to say it was in store and I had a wasted journey. I was forced to cancel the online order and buy my products off the shelf. I presume this means that I will no longer be eligible for cash back.

Boots are horrendous in the following up of cashback. Twice now i have not received cashback with boots, and they were for big orders too.
Give Topcashback their dues, they keep chasing boots, but its Boots who are not giving the cashback! Don't think there is any point in buying from boots, as they are not willing to hold up their part in the cashback.

Boots appear to allow discounts to be offered through topcashback, but then don't honour them, and instead cancel any orders you place, with no explanation as to why they have done so! As a result, I can't recommend shopping at Boots.com as the offering appears to be a bit unethical, especially if you are ordering something for a particular occasion/date as once you have placed an order, you don't expect it to be cancelled later on. Best to source the item somewhere else - it will probably be cheaper anyway, and Boots' 'good name' is no longer a reason to purchase from them, in my opinion!
